A woman’s claim on herself is absolute. A girl who says she’s lesbian isn’t playing hard to get. Rape is a no no. Taking advantage is a no no. Don’t leave your drink unattended. Don’t touch anyone else’s. You aren’t entitled to someones body. We are not lions. We are not wolves. We are men. They are women.

Repeated Rapist and Former Baylor frat president Jacob Anderson indicted for sexual assault will serve no jail time, not be registered as sex offender and only has to pay $400 fine

Anderson was accused of raping a 19-year-old woman at a 2016 off-campus party his fraternity, Phi Delta Theta, threw under his leadership as frat president. During the party, 

Anderson took the woman, who was intoxicated after receiving a drugged drink from him, outside to a “secluded part of the grounds” where he then sexually assaulted as while she was gagged and choked. The victim lost consciousness during the attack, at which point Anderson left the scene, leaving her nearly choking to death on her own vomit.

Anderson was initially brought up on for these alleged crimes, and charged him with “unlawful restraint” instead, for which the office recommended three years of probation, a $400 fine, and counseling.

This is the 3rd case in which this same judge has been lenient towards sexual offenders.

Not even close. Disabled folks can be paid as little as $1 an hour in some cases at whats called “subminimum wage.” Prisoners are sometimes forced to work without pay at all.

Hi, I am an attorney in the disability field. Many disabled folks make well under $1 an hour in what are called “sheltered workshops”. There are only three states right now that require people with disabilities to be paid at least minimum wage, and they are Alaska, New Hampshire, and Maryland. The Tennessee Supreme Court ruled former sex slave Cyntoia Brown MUST serve 51 years in prison before she is eligible for parole.

According to them:

“In today’s unanimous decision, the Tennessee Supreme Court explained that, under state law, a life sentence is a determinate sentence of 60 years,” the court wrote. “However, the sixty-year sentence can be reduced by up to 15 percent, or 9 years, by earning various sentence credits (good behavior. & getting involved in prison based education programs while incarcerated) Therefore, the Supreme Court concluded that a defendant serving a life sentence for a first-degree murder committed on or after July 1, 1995, may be eligible for release after serving at least 51 years of the sentence.“

For those of you who haven’t yet caught up to this story:

Cyntoia Brown was a 16 yr old girl, who at the time of the incident was living in a room at a Nashville InTown Suites with Allen (the man who propositioned her for sex) because her pimp and boyfriend Garion McGlothen, nick-named “Kut Throat,” insisted that she needed to earn money.

Kut Throat abused her physically and sexually throughout the approximately three week period in which she lived with him.

After Allen took her to his house, he showed Cyntoia multiple guns, including shotguns and rifles. Later in bed, as she described in court, he grabbed her violently by the genitals, his demeanor became threatening and, fearing for her life, she took a gun out of her purse and shot him.
