i could get all gushy and reflective about the past five years i’ve been reading homestuck and the experiences i’ve had through it (and how things have changed over the years, like having to do this drawing over 3 days instead of a during single evening back in the day, because i’ve become a Real Adult with a Job) but i think i’ll just stick with saying, thanks for the memories, andrew hussie (and friends)! looking forward to the next adventure :B

Some of the illustrations I did for Why We Don’t Go Out In The Morning, a collab with tumblr user blurds​. While its appearance on the fandom scene in 2015 C.E. may smack of timeline shenanigans, this is really a very cool little pre-canon adventure story, and I’m so happy with how it turned out.

more star wars thoughts: on my second viewing i noticed that both times something bad happens to rey, finn immediately throws away his gun?? i can’t figure out a logical reason for it since it’s not like he doesn’t have a use for it anymore, everyone is very much still in danger, it’s almost a kneejerk reaction he’s just like, “REY!!” [hurls gun 50 feet away]

i can’t help thinking like, at some point finn is cleaning the blaster in the hangar while rey is doing some repairs on the millennium falcon and something maybe explodes a little bit, totally harmless of course, and finn just hurls that blaster like a caber tosser into a group of resistance pilots while screaming REYYYY at the top of his lungs
