hearing the lombax’s response made the rabbit’s ear twitch upwards slightly, in the past jack would’ve been overjoyed by the response...but now he couldn't even believe if anything ratchet had been telling him was true. jack wished that they wouldn't go on like this, he wished he would just stop, but he couldn't. he loved ratchet, and this love made his heart swell in pain. the only thing jack was wondering if ratchet had been doing this just out of pity. could he ???

jack was relieved that the woman was alright. “that’s good, let me escort you away from the scene. i know it must be a very overwhelming time for you.” the agent reached out a hand for her to take so he can lead her somewhere to sit down for a bit while the other agents were investigating what had happened.
