There is like literally no Smite RP community. So. Yeah. I don’t wanna delete the blog cause I love little Scylla, but I have too many blogs cause I’m a bad OTL
Anyway. Yeah. kthxbai.
Scylla frowned, not fully understanding. “You don’t have Greece in this place? But Zeus is here! I saw him! He’s all mortal now though, it’s dumb.” She reached up and adjusted her crown, looking down at the ground. “We must be really far from home…”
"Zeus IS a God on the field…. But I’m fairly sure no-one bar Medusa even remembers his original self" Pudge said "And, no, we DON’T ‘ave a Greece" Pudge said "I’d guess ye travelled in time, or somethin’ similar" Pudge said calmly, listening as, finally, his hound wandered into the clearing, attempting to be nonchalant, yet it’s sides were heaving like a bellows; the hound had clearly been running fast to get there. “‘Ello, Butch" Pudge said fondly, watching the little hound drape itself over his feet, and almost collapse of exhaustion, fondling the little hounds ears as he spoke
Scylla stared at the ground in thought, confused about these things until she heard the beast bounding towards them. Looking up to see the beast of a mans beast of a companion, the child’s face lit up into a bright smile. “Aww!” She nearly squealed. By this point, Ajax and Achilles had finished off their treats and when the new face appeared, of course, Ajax wanted to go say hello. Scylla bopped him on the head when he started going over to the other though. “Ajax! Manners! You have to ask first!” Looking up to the man, she smiled agian. “Can I pet him?”
"O’ course ye can" Pudge said, gently encouraging the hound as it wandered over to the other dogs, quite oblivious to their unnatural origins. He grinned at Scylla as the dog, showing absolutely no fear, played happily with the tentacled hounds.
Ajax and Achilles sniffed at the other, licking and nipping playfully. Scylla smiled and watching, wobbling a bit as they moved. Out of curiosity, Zoey peeked her head out from under the dress to see what all the commotion was. As she spotted the other hound, she barked and slithered out as well. “You can come out too Cyril, it’s okay.” The girl said, patting her dress. The fourth hound, the shyest of the group only poked her head out enough to see and nothing more. Her nose twitched slightly, taking in the smell of the others.
Looking back up to the giant Butcher, Scylla wore a wide grin. “I think they like him!”
The little alaunt de boucherie barked happily at all four of the hounds, nipping them back. Feeling slightly mischievous, Pudge lifted a small handful of treats, and scattered them into the sky, solely to see what would happen
Seeing the treats fly in the air, the four hounds instantly struck upward to catch them in their mouths. Scylla wobbled and shrieked at their sudden movements almost knocking her over. Though, once their all caught their treats and settled back down to eat, the girl laughed.
"Well, I teach people about… monsters. Demons to be exact, I used tisearch all around the world for magics and tomes lost to the times. And in that searching I found that demons seem to be one of the sources of the powers available to mortals. I study that power."
The elder spoke slowly and kept the story as true as possable with out saying what he currently dose out side of teaching. He couldent shake the feeling in his gut that this was not a normal girl but saw no need to act on it. For now…
Scylla listened with her arms behind her back and a smile on her face. The mention of monsters made her grin a bit more wickedly than it should have, but hearing about demons made her tilt her head in curiosity.
"I… Hm… I don’t think I’ve ever met a demon before. Are they scary?" She asked genuinely curious. Sure, there were gods that could very well be considered as such, but actual normal, run of the mill demons, she had no idea about.
"They are only as scary as you let them be." With a tap of his staff he summoned a fel hound, the eye-less beast drooled from is open jaws as the tenticals searched around as if looking for a threat. It sniffed the young girl and growled as it crouched into a battle stance.
Scylla's eyes widened as she saw the beast appear out of no where. Hearing the growl, Zoey went on the defensive and slithered out from under the girl's dress. The hound headed tentacle hovered up over the beast, growling and snarling in warning. The child sighed and rolled her eyes. "You give us away too much, Zoey."
The small girl crossed her arms, face scrunched up in a frown. “We’ve eaten plenty of ogres and they taste delicious! Are you gonna be nice now? or do we have to eat you as well?” She threatened, voice much less childlike now. Much more sinister and angry sounding. The hounds all leaned themselves closer to the stranger, sniffing, drooling, snarling.
Cowering and fearing of the wicked beasts about, Aggron hid behind their arms as they started to plead in unison, “We’re sorry! Don’t eat us, please!”. The twin-headed ogre had never seen such a sight before and it shaken them to the core. All they could do now is hope that their pleading and apologizing would be enough to appease the horror before them.
As the ogre began to beg, Scylla’s scowl turned into a wicked smile and she pat on her dress, telling her dogs to back off. They did so in a split second letting the girl fall back down to the ground. “That’s much better. Don’t be so mean.”
With fangs, snarling and mighty beasts tucked away, Aggron treaded carefully worried that this innocent-looking package had more to off. “Q-quite right. We got off on the wrong hand, Ms….uh, what was your name?”
"Don’t be rude. You’re supposed to give your name first.", corrected Aggron’s other head, clearing his throat. "We are Aggron Stonebreak, the one and only Ogre Magi."
Giving a much more innocent smile now, the child giggled. “It’s nice to meet you Agg-ron” She said the name slowly, making sure to pronounce it properly. “I’m Scylla! What’s an Ogre Magi? And why are you the only one?”
"W-well, it’s just an ogre who’s a mage. There are other ogres who use magic, but to call them mages is a bit of a stretch.", the girl’s questions had cut through Aggron’s boasting. People usually scoffed at his boasting, but Scylla was genuinely curious. The ogre decided to tone it down for the sake of not being a jerk.
"As for why we’re the only one…our two heads?", Aggron’s other head pondered further on the question not really knowing the answer between their thick skulls.
"Ohhhh. Is it not common for ogres to have more than one head?" The child asked, tilting her head to the side. "And what kind of magic do you do?! I can use magic too!" She exclaimed excitedly, holding out her right palm. A glowing ball of green energy began swirling and hovering above her palm. She tossed it around with a smile. "Lots of it! Not just this."
"I guess havin’ two heads is kinda special. Haven’t seen anybody else like me.", Aggron grinned to themselves with a small laugh, continuing to answer the small girl’s questions. "I know we don’t look it, but we’re actually fire mages."
"We can also make people lust for blood, but if you on the battlefield already we don’t know how useful that is.", Aggron was thankful that the questions weren’t complicated, but as they answer the more they actually started to think about their standing as a battle active. A headache rolled through both of Aggron’s heads, a train of thought lost.
The two heads sounded vaguely familiar but when they mentioned being fire mages, she instantly thought of Agni. "Oh! I know a fire god with two heads! I don't think he's an ogre though... He's a Hindi god though, so whatever." She rolled her eyes, obviously biased and not too fond of anyone outside her own pantheon. "I'm Greek. The Hindi gods are all so pretentious." She said rolling her eyes.
"Anyway! Your magic sounds really cool! A lot cooler than What Agni can do."

"Ehh?" Doom looked in the direction of the voice he had heard, but could see no one. He only looked down when the voice repeated itself. "Oh. I didn’t see you down there." Doom said with a light smile. "And who might you be, that would speak so boldly to the King of Hell?"
The small child didn't appreciate going unnoticed. Another downside to this form. Face still scrunched up but a little more confused looking now, she tilted her head. "I'm Scylla. Hades is the King of the Underworld and you aren't Hades. It's not nice to lie."

Scylla has been wandering these strange lands for a while when she came upon a desert. It didn't seem like a normal desert there was something strange to it. She stood on the edge of the sand gazing around and looking for sign of life. One of her hound headed tentacles slithered out from underneath her dress, sniffing at the air. Ajax, curious as always. Seeing something strange in the distance the hound head let out a bark. Scylla squinted trying to see what Ajax saw. Was that a giant scorpion?
As Crixalis was standing as a guardian and king of the Scintillant Waste as always, he noticed a small, childlike figure with a massive hound-shaped tentacle under her dress. Eventually as the hound’s head seemed to look at the Sand King in the distance it barked. This drew his curiousity as the black sillhoutte turned to Scylla.
In the distance four emerald-coloured shining eyes were seen trough the thick fog that was a sudden sandstorm, emerged from nowhere as the colour of the eyes dissapeared.
And returned, only this time somewhat closer,
And closer.
And closer..
And closer…
And the storm settled down as the giant arachnidian stood infront of her.
Eventually Crixalis stood atleast 15 feet from Scylla, his ancient yet tough artificial carapace, his human-like torso with his most unique and considered holy and beautiful gaze. And his pride- his massive tail that towered atleast a head’s length abose him, six spikes that stood tall.
His gaze was somewhat puzzled and curious, “A visitor of the Scintillant Waste?” He said, it sounded smooth as sand and as low as a well, forming a rather unique yet pleasant and deep voice described by some.
Scylla hummed, thinking on this for a moment before nodding. “You show me around. I’m not used to being on land. I don’t want to get us lost or anything.” She said rather shyly. It was true, she was usually in the water and being on land was not the most comfortable thing to get use to after being deep in the ocean for so long. Especially in a land she had no idea about. “Lead the way.” She said with a grin.
Shrugging off the last bits of saliva from his visage, Crixalis looked and nodded with a smile, “Very well then!” He said, eventually taking steps to delve into the Scintillant Waste, the sand soft, fine as a gentle brush of air dusted around the bits of sand.
"This is the.. outskirts of the Scintillant Waste as I call it, it is peaceful, it is calm and best of all, there’s ruins and old settlements to observe, quite the sight I might say, we shall.. pass them soon enough." He said, walking calmly as his pincers- with ease sent him walking with expertise.
"The desert itself, it has quite a.. certain lively feeling to it, as some see it as endless landscapes of nothing, I see it as a beauty."
Scylla didn't follow right away, looking down at the sand she was about to force her pets to crawl through. Grass, dirt, stone, those things were different, but she had never "walked" through this substance before. She was unsure how her hounds would react.
She looked ahead, watching the Scorpion man walking in it. His legs seemed to sink slightly into the sand which was rather unsettling. She listened to him speak but still didn't follow. "Uhm... I dunno how to walk in this stuff..." She said rather embarrassed, looking down and to the right. "Will my puppies be okay? I don't have legs like most people. They slither on top of and sometimes inside the ground to move us... We've never been on sand before."

She exclaimed excitedly, holding out her right palm. A glowing ball of green energy began swirling and hovering above her palm. She tossed it around with a smile. "Lots of it! Not just this."
Grinning and laughing at the dog as it licked him, Pudge said, wiping his face “I’m nearly 6 and a hald thousand years old, more or less. I was ‘born’ and raised in a place called the Fields of Endless Carnage. The dead forget that they have died, and their bodies cannot be buried in the earth. Thus was I born, to dismember those corpses to bite sized chunks” He grinned, showing all his teeth.
After having wrestled with Ajax, trying to get him under control and failing, Scylla just rolled her eyes and let the hound do as he pleased seeing as the stranger didn’t seem to mind. Ajax licked the man’s face once again as he spoke then extended himself to twist around behind him, sniffing him all over as if looking for food.
Scylla had been half listening and half watching for what Ajax was doing, Achilles having settled himself back down near the girl, content with just watching as well. “So you like eating humans too?” Scylla asked once the last bit of his statement clicked in her head. “Maybe that’s why Ajax likes you so much. Human is his favorite.”
Shrugging, the Butcher said “I wouldn’t say I LIKES eatin’ human, I’ve never really got into eating much else” he said, grinning ghoulishly. “Theres always a constant supply o’ corpses in the Fields, an’ I’m needed in wars fer me prowess wi’ a ‘ook an’ chompers” he laughed. “If y’want, I’ve got some dried flesh ‘ere in my pocket” he said, offering the flesh to the giant dog without a worry in the world, knowing if the dog ate part of his hand, he’d cut the damned thing open to get ‘is flesh back… He’d spent too many centuries carving enchantments on his flesh to have it ruined by some damned hound
Seeing the flesh extended towards him, Ajax let his mouth fall open and his tongue sag out as he eager looked between the offer and Scylla, as if waiting for permission. She waved her hand as if she didn’t care and the hound happy, slowly took the offered chunk of flesh offered to him. He had learned not to be so eager with such things over the years. Sometimes, Scylla didn’t like it when he ate parts of her friends so he took treats with much care.
After he had it firmly in his mouth, he unraveled from around the giant and settled back down next to Scylla on the opposite of Achilles who was rather jealously watching his “sibling” with drool dripping out of his mouth. He leaned towards Ajax who growled in response.
Meanwhile Scylla pat both of their hands and smiled up to the stranger. “I think Ajax likes you even more now.” She said with a giggle. “So you’re part of the silly war going on around here too, then? What are you all fighting for, anyway?”
"We fight fer different things, all o’ us" Pudge said simply "Some fight fer honour, or fer duty. Other’s fight cos they don’t know a life wi’out a fight. ME? I fight’s fer the ‘unt an’ the kill" Pudge said, a gruesome smile twisting his features as he spoke. Seeing the other hound begin to drool, Pudge chuckled, and tossed each of the other ‘dogs’ treats as well, pulling them all from various pockets of his clothing. At Scylla’s odd look, he explained "I ‘ave a dog o’ me own… I know ‘ow they get if’n they en’t all fed" he chuckled
As the treat was tossed forward, Achilles snatched it out of the air happily. Scylla giggled and nodded. “The rest of the gods and goddesses have something kind of like that but it isn’t really a war. We just fight each other. I dunno why. It’s fun I guess. Something about Titan’s I think? I dunno. Eating other immortals is just fun.” She said with a bright smile on her face.
At the mention of another dog, Scylla put both hands on her cheeks and let her jaw fall slack. “You have a dog? Can I meet it?!”
"There’s more than just you where you’re from?" Pudge questioned "An’ they’re GODS?" He asked. Grinning at the child’s reaction, he pulled a tiny piece of metal from one of his pockets, and blew into it, causing the four hounds to flinch awayfrom Pudge, though the sound was far too high-pitched for anyone to hear. Putting away the piece of metal calmly, Pudge said “‘E’ll be ‘ere any minute, the greedy bugger"
The hounds did indeed flinch and whimper slightly when the whistle was blown, but quickly went back to their treats. The two still under her dress shifted as if uncomfortable by the noise as well causing the girl to wobble slightly.
Scylla only tilted her head, a bit confused. Her dogs heard something she didn’t. Strange. “Oh, uh yeah. Lots of them from all different pantheons. I’m Greek!” She said proudly with a smile.
"Ye ‘ave a pantheistic society?" Pudge asked, forgetting that the person he spoke to was, in essence, a child. "We don’t ‘ave a Greece ‘ere" Pudge said "I think the closest we’ve got is Graikos, which died abou’ two thousand years ago" he said, looking at the sun, silently judging how long it would take for his hound to arrive
Scylla frowned, not fully understanding. "You don't have Greece in this place? But Zeus is here! I saw him! He's all mortal now though, it's dumb." She reached up and adjusted her crown, looking down at the ground. "We must be really far from home..."

"Whoa! Are you some kind of giant eyeball?!" The small child asked excitedly, looking up to the towering creature before her. "Where’d you come from?!"
"Why, greetings little one." Vel’Koz would float above Scylla, not really seeing anything too out of the ordinary with her so far as he just chuckles. Though, there was an energy around her he could not explain. Magic? Ancient power? He could not tell. "Well yes, technically I am a giant floating eyeball surrounded by protective carapace." he added on. "But I’m a thing known as a "Voidborn". It’s because I am from a realm known as the Void, another dimension."
Tilting her head in curiosity as the eyeball explained, Scylla had an eager, excited sort of look on her face. “You look really powerful! I bet lasers shoot out of your eyeball, huh?!” She ask with a smile. “Voidborn. Never heard of ‘em. What’s your name? I’m Scylla!”
"Why, they are more concentrated beams of disintegrating energy that destroys enemies on a molecular level and transfigure them into data that I absorb… but sure, ‘lasers’ is a very correct term to use as well." Vel’Koz chuckled, quite happy to see this child being so eager to learn about him. "I could demonstrate on a few inanimate targets if you’d want a first-hand look at my abilities." he offered, then heard her name. Scylla… sounded innocent enough. "Very well then, Scylla. I am known as Vel’Koz. Pleasure to meet you." he’d extend his tentacle to shake her hand.
"Vel-Koz" She said slowly, making sure to pronounce it correctly. "That’s a weird name. But I like it." As the tentacle was extended towards her, one of her own tentacles slithered out from underneath her dress. The hound head on the end, Ajax, began sniffing at the strange being, making sure it was safe for Scylla to touch. "Ajax, go!" She whined, pushing on his head. "It’s fine!" She rolled her eyes but the hound didn’t listen. Instead he sniffed closely at the other tentacle and even ran his large tongue over it once. "Do you have to lick everyone we meet?"
Vel’Koz had to admit he did not expect what happened next; a tentacle extended from underneath the young girl’s dress, a huge dog-head being at the end of it as it began sniffing at his tentacle. “Oh my…” was all he said before Scylla seemed to be angry at her “pet”, pushing it back but with little results as Ajax was soon back to sniff and lick at his tentacle. He just chuckled. “Why, he’s just protecting you dear child! There there, I am not a threat to your mistress.” he assured Ajax, patting over the dog’s head. His giant eye turned to Scylla now. “However… this is not -normal- by any means for a girl like you… or perhaps you are not entirely human, hm?”
As the tentacle pat Ajax on the head, he barked happily and licked it again before doing as told and scurrying back underneath Scylla's dress. Looking back up to the big eyeball, Scylla grinned and shook her head. "No, I'm not a human. Depending on who you ask, I'm a goddess! Or a monster. Or both. Either way, I'm not really from around here." She shrugged casually.

Scylla was walking along, looking for something interesting to do or eat when a drop of something acidic fell right in front of her, nearly hitting her. She stopped dead in her tracks and shot her glance upward. “Hey! Watch it, lizards!” She whined, crossing her arms over her chest.
"Watch it yourself!" Viper spat another blob of acid at the feet of the being below him, but then did a double-take.
He flew down closer, all four eyes focused on the new person.
"Who the hell are you?" He growled, pure curiosity sounded rude and brash… not that it wasn’t his nature to be cross anyway.
Face scrunching up as her personal space was invaded, the child scooted back a bit, crossing her arms over her chest. "I'm Scylla. Who the hell are you?" She mimicked, tilting her head to the side. The hounds hidden under her dress were growing restless, but she pat the fabric of her dress in reassurance before crossing her arms again.
