So I did a thing: I participated in Pine Valley Days, took part of their 50-year tradition of celebrating mountain town life with parade, food and marketplace vendors, games and cheer, mingling with locals, talking (and snuggling with some) dog and cats, had so much fun with extra adorable children and their happy parents. Experienced most wonderful summer weather - from hot steaming sun to super scary yet exciting lighting, thunder and buckets of rain — like a true summer weather in nature, where balance of everything in moderation is oh so well set.
