Powers: blood manipulation (the thing on her chest area), hypnotism, enhanced agility and speed when in full form

Bio: Used to be the main character in a love story of a pro hero falling for a rookie villain, marriage ended in an affair between the hero and another hero. Fell into more villainy after said marriage.
