Bom was more than content to lay against him, basking in the afterglow and stroking every inch of skin she could reach happily. It was, in a way, almost like she was committing him to memory. Not like either one of them were going anywhere anytime soon. After a few moments, she lifted her hips and let him slide out her wet heat, humming softly as she rolled over to the bed but immediately cuddled into his side, pressing a gentle kiss to his chin.

“You certainly like to make a mess of me, don’t you~” she teased in amusement, pushing a leg between his to bring herself closer.

Truthfully, she didn’t have any concerns to him marking, seeding and scenting her with his own designs. It made anyone else know that she was taken and well protected. They both knew she could hold her own in a conflict now, but the thought that everyone else knew she was taken made her almost preen. He would always be hers and she would always be his. The fact he was willing to go to the ends of the earth for her was something she’d never experienced before. She was just Bom, the great dancer who focused on dance and studies. Now she was the mate to a strong dragon, the mother of his children and his greatest treasure.

Looking up at him, she smiled slowly as he blinked and focused his pinpoint gaze on her. Since they met, he was always able to see through anything she said and see her for who she was. It was liberating. Leaning up, she kissed him slowly but full of meaning. This man was her life, this she knew. Pulling back, she grinned and poked his nose gently.

“What shall we do today, my love?”

It felt nice as it always did to have his mate close, skin to skin touching and those lovely soft hands caressing and almost subconsciously worshiping the expanse of skin that was given and exposed to her. It was such an intimate moment and the quietness that fell over them as she did so - was comforting and reassuring all at once and he could only let out a soft groan as she none to elegantly slid off him, exposing him to the slight coolness of the air which was a pleasant sensation and when she snuggled close he pulled her nearer as much as was possible and chuckled at her words.

 "You look beautiful in any state Bommie-ah but seeing you like this content and happy - there is nothing else I could wish or want for..." he replied nuzzling her face gently and pressing a kiss to her slightly sweat dampened forehead and never letting his gaze waver from taking all of his mate in. She was strong and stubborn and able to look after herself and he was proud of all that she had achieved and he made sure to let that be known through their bond, which has strengthen so much since that incident where he hadn't been as open as he should of been - and something like that would never ever happen again.

Finding a moment like this to themselves he treasured each and every on of them and he was grateful that Bom's extended family we able to give them time like this for the both of them. He would have to thank and give them something as way of thanks but he would need to seek Bom's help with that because - well he wasn't the most social, opening up was hard but he thought he had made progress albeit at a slower pace then most others.

When she met his gaze he grinned his face lighting up in an adorable manner and he met her halfway to indulge in a tender kiss which if he wasn't careful would make him want to take again and he scrunched his face up when his nose was poked playfully. "Hmm.. well I would keep you here in out bed as long as possible - but I think a nice, long hot bath filled with bubbles is a good start and we can decide from there...." he replied before letting out a pleased growl and quickly snatching her up and carrying her to their luxurious bathroom.

Bom he found was very tactile and affectionate after a wonderful round of coitus and indeed be it like this or in the throes of passion and crying out his name in ecstasy she was still the most beautiful creature in existence. And so as she caressed and traced his musculature he closed his eyes and enjoyed it, basking in her warmth and happiness and enveloping hers with his own. And he reluctantly gently pulled out of her as she assisted and he let out an appreciative growl as she immediately cuddled up to him.

"But seeing you debauched and glowing it something I could never tire of.." he said in response to her tease. It was comforting to know though that she was fine with his affections which had been a little rough but perfectly normal. It was an instinctual and primal need to ensure that a mate was protected and marked for all others to see as taken. Dragonkin after all were possessive by nature and especially protective of those they coveted and loved. But Dongwook was especially more so when it came to his mate - because she was his pearl and his world.

His pearl was something he could look at for days, years and millenia and never would the adoration and love his gaze held would fade or whither. She was of course independent and had proved she was more then capable of looking after herself - which wasn't too surprising. Female dragons after all were significantly more dangerous and stronger then perhaps most realised. Indeed the strongest and most powerful dragon he knew was the one who gave birth to him.

 Dongwook happily leaned into her kiss and savoured the taste of his mate, enjoying the slow languid pace of it before humming thoughtfully at her question and once more gazing at her.

"Mm.. its been a while since I cooked for just the two of us. I know a fine vintage of wine that will pair well with that I have in mind.." he replied before pressing a kiss to her forehead. "I'll start on it hmm - I would say we shower together but I fear we'd only get dirtier.." he added, with a teasing lilt to his voice. If she didn’t want to freshen up though that was good with him also - and if she took him up on his not too subtle suggestion, well that was even better.
