I randomly remember I have a twitter mock app [TwiNote] where I can just rp as characters (usually my ocs but for this case it was Jason) and make fake posts as if they were the ones posting and then I open the app and I'm greeted with this beauty

Rewatching phm at the request of my sibling (yall do not know how much this means to me btw i can finally talk about something i like) I'm so happy rn I get to share peak cinema with my family

In relation to a specific tag in my previous post about how I should've used my vampire oc instead of the one featured (Phoebe) and i just wanted to give an explanation (worldbuilding time!!!):

It's canon in my world that vampires are able to walk freely when the sun is out exclusively during a total solar eclipse. Since it doesn't happen often in one specific region, it's quite a rare occasion for those who don't travel a lot. And because it only lasts for an incredibly short time, it's kind of an important and emotional moment for most of said individuals, given that they're able to face just enough of the light of day that they won't be burnt alive.

Today was the first total solar eclipse in over a century in my country. It lasted for barely 26 seconds, and those were the most precious 26 seconds of ⬇️this vampire's life.

I like taking both the benefits and drawbacks of elemental powers into consideration for my pjo scenarios and I had a thought:

Jason, now an adult, being more in touch with the elemental side of his demigod powers and able to cast more powerful lightning more often with ease, given that his body would withstand the massive amounts of energy and work as a conductor...

...but not his clothes

...So he's out there summoning lightning (which is usually, and preferably during a fight) and like half of his shirt just gets blown off bc the electricity running through both the lightning and himself burned away at the fabric 😭😭

It happened ONCE and NONE of the campers are letting him forget it
