Notes I forgot to add:

-Face spike being on the upper placement rather than the lower is a Mudwing trait

-Lacking the scale thingies on the legs, MudWing trait

The sword is enchanted to obey his every command! It has a command/enchantment to never harm his friends, this cannot be overwritten. He probably still does use it traditionally to show off but yeah, with that sword he can use it completely without touching it (with the downside of announcing his next attack to his enemies)

Also yeah, he's an animus. I know SkyWings kill animus dragonets but like, if Queen Scarlet could keep Peril alive, I'm sure Roman's mother could keep him alive.
