Detonate, my first ever hand-painted skate deck, is in this Saturday's 4 Year Anniversary Skate Deck Art Show at Garage Gallery L.A. Hidden splatters and details are revealed under black-light! I always love a show that involves every artist working on an identical canvas to make a statement that's completely unique to them, seeing how each person uses that space in their own way. I can't wait to see them all lined up next to each other. Come check it out, too!

My piece for La Bodega Gallery's Comic Book Art Show in San Diego this Saturday during Comic-Con!

I drew the Turtles obsessively as a kid, back when I just drew circles for hands and feet, so it's particularly fun for me to see them drawn now in my style.

Self Dissolution, my resin-covered acrylic painting for the Joey Stupor curated group show at Made by Millworks in Long Beach. The paint splatters are on a second layer of resin and hover just above the painting. It's my first resin piece and I'm so into it. The opening is this Saturday the 13th on the second floor from 7:30pm to 11:45pm! The amazing Joon the Goon is having his first solo show at the same time on the first floor. Swing by and check out both!

I'm so stoked to say that I'm participating in another Secret Walls battle, this time as part of the Mid City Arts & Music Festival in downtown Los Angeles. Come see me, Jaime Guerrero, and Kayla Soler take on Allison Frederiksen, Eladani, and Josh Everhorn as we frantically paint on a giant 10ft x 10ft wall!

The whole event is free and the 90-minute battle starts at 12:30pm this Saturday the 8th on Washington Blvd. between Rimpau & Vineyard.
