Aromantic writer culture is having two protagonists, a girl and a boy, who become friends over the course of the story, but wanting to make it as inarguably, unambiguously clear as you possibly can that their relationship is not at all romantic nor would they want it to be. Like I know that isn't gonna actually stop people from shipping them (in fact given what I know of fandom behavior they might even ship these two harder just to spite me) but I can at least make sure people know that I as the creator do not endorse it
