I see this like a modern Zen garden. when you sit to observe, to meditative, to exist at a Zen garden, your understanding of the space is determined by the point of your perspective. From one point, some elements may be hidden, in discord, seemingly chaotic, while other elements are perfectly aligned, harmonized. The same is true here...... At Starbucks. The joinery technique used makes the wood at first glance appear incredibly complex. But if you take the time to look, you'll find points of alignment amidst the chaos, and each seat has it's unique set of alignments. This experience exceeded my expectations.
