Enough of falling for the future planning

As time continues to pass, my heart works diligently at healing in the back ground of my day to day.

I still think about you from time to time, but I don’t feel you anymore. Thoughts pass by as if they’re a bus I’m not meant to catch.

My nerves are settling, my new life sinking in. I like it better this way. I like me this way.
