Could 7BG be teasing new Neo Cosmos content?

For some context, 7th Beat Games recently released a video on their YouTube channel showcasing an update for ADOFAI and announcing a collab with "Cosmic Radio", and at around 4:52 minutes into that video, a segment plays that starts off with the same sound effect as when you enter the Neo Cosmos part of the game menu on the PC version.

On the ADOFAI bluesky account, they're saying that this is a preview for something related to the Cosmic Radio collab, but i can't help but think that the fact that they used that sound effect is also teasing something else

And while analyzing this clip, i noticed that around the start of it, a faint silhouette of a character i dont recognize can be seen in the background, I haven't done much research on Cosmic Radio so it could possibly be someone there, but i haven't seen any character that looks like that while researching it

So... what if this is also teasing a Neo Cosmos sequel?...👀👀
