wOW hypoglycemia on ao3 is so freaking good... I don't know what it is but I find the story so amazing and entertaining. The thought of Gojo hooking up with one of his doctors is somehow so in character, and to see the POV of the struggling doctor, dealing with their feelings for him, is so good.
