I hate the parentification of David. Like, bitch didn't do anything to warrant this. He's just taller than Jack? And that seems to be it? Like, if anything, Jack would be the one to get parentified (even though it would still be pretty ooc). David literally met these people like two days ago why are we making him the mom?

The way Jack's words get to Davey, causing him to get angry, Davey raising his voice when Jack tries to interrupt Davey about his father to use Crutchie as justification, Jack matching his energy ten fold. Davey looking so angry and finished by it, very bluntly and almost cruely mentioning how Jack doing nothing doesn't help Crutchie. Just so aggressively being like "exactly" and starting watch what happens still so angry and raw (he eventually calms down, but even his 'they keep getting pounded' is mean and raw)
