My view on the Dandy's World drama currently.

DO NOT USE ANY OF MY STATEMENTS AGAINST ANYONE, EVERYONE IS FREE TO EXPRESS THEIR VOICE WRONG OR RIGHT.
I'm not a known creator, nor am I popular, but I am still a person who loved Dandy's World a lot. I'd like to share my view, and just say a few things to the people who may potentially see this post willing to just shut down and throw everything away.
First of all, I would like everyone to know that within the document there WILL BE truths left out. Not everything is actually in there, and I know for sure there is content/evidence/perspectives we are missing. I am not at all implying Joji is lying nor am I accusing them of such. Of course, everybody lies, and there could POTENTIALLY be some in there. But know, even within lies there are buried truths. I would like to see not only Qwels, but other devs/mods perspectives on the situation.
Second, I noticed there is a lot of blame being entirely placed onto Qwelver, when most of the issues came from THE FANDOM and ROX, alongside other PROBLEMATIC DEVS/MODS. Qwel did wrong, and I will not downplay her actions like she did with others, but she is certainly NOT ALONE in this situation. Attacking her does not solve this problem for anybody, this will only pressure her into likely shutting down more waiting for the drama to die as Joji claims. I am not on Qwel's side, but I'm not fully on Joji's either. I'm standing my ground on MY OWN SIDE AND PERSPECTIVE FROM WHAT I HAVE WITNESSED. As much as we should be addressing Qwel's actions yes, we should also focus on other people who are at blame at the same time. A lot of issues came from the fandom that of which Qwel struggled to address, BUT WE COULD HAVE AS COMMUNITY AS WELL.
Everyone is problematic, and everyone has done wrong, including yourself and I. Be accountable for your actions or others affecting you unlike Qwel did as Joji claims.
Third, let's please consider someone else's perspective on the matter, whether they are a victim or an offender it is still easier to search for the truth. Personally, I have been groomed and manipulated as well, but I have also committed to the same actions as Qwelver in the past. I ended up heavily downplaying both my issues and others, wearing a mask of positivity and ignorance to issues I should have solved, but maybe not alone. I am not victimizing these actions, as this is not right and should be changed, which is exactly what I did. Ignoring/belittling not only your problems but problems attached to you is a really unhealthy act, and can heavily impact your life in the future I say with experience. What I am implying here is people with an issue such as this are capable of change and growth, especially if Qwel is only in her early 20's. She may be labelled as an adult, but she is still capable of growing and learning IF SHE CHOOSES TO.
Not to mention, who knows how Rox and Qwel could have been together. yes we have some evidence of their interactions in more private senses, but who knows if there was passively developed manipulation/etc. This calls back to how I mentioned not EVERYTHING was stated in the document.
Again, I am NOT victimizing Qwel or anybody really, and we do not know everything about her. I am not villainizing anyone here either, I am simply LISTENING.
Fourth, don't blindly trust someone and pick sides. Neither side could be in the right, and lying on the internet has become incredibly easy. Please only follow what you personally believe is right with the evidence you trust. Take a side if you want to, I would never force you to not. You're your own voice, and use it how you please. Mine and anyone else's advice is optional, always remember that.
If you are or know a CHILD associated with this game, please do not involve yourself into this drama. It can be dangerous and traumatizing for children, and even teenagers. It is stressful/overwhelming, and can contain information you never were intended to see diving into it. please do not indulge yourself into this drama or try to think about too much if it only causes extreme stress on the mind. Consider taking a break even if you are older to ease yourself.
Fifth, If you are a person extremely attached to Dandy's World who has bought merch, supported the game in the past, and created content, please do not ever feel ashamed or upset with yourself. What matters is that you enjoyed that memory, destroying or treating the stuff you have connected to it as a painful reminder will not be healthy for you. It may be easier to move on for some people, but to those who are struggling and not wanting to show BlushCrunch support anymore, consider the happiness that came from that memory and not the sorrow when it ended. You were not at fault for liking Dandy's World and not being aware of the any problematic themes behind it, you didn't know and no one should have expected you to. Even then, the date this was posted we do not have entirely enough evidence, and only have a couple perspectives on the situation. once again, mine and anybody else's advice is always optional.
(Though, not every fan is a good person, I know damn well SOME of you are absolutely disgusting and should consider growing out of your malicious actions.)
Lastly, l want everyone to understand not everyone's issues are your own to take accountability for or to fix, especially if you have practically nothing to do with it. I am only making this post to address what I know and inform, not spread rumors and convince you to be on "my side". This is a messy situation and nobody is really in the right here considering it is challenging to trust anything on the internet. Please just stay safe, and don't get involved with what you can't handle.
Just a reminder, I am on nobody's side but my own, I am only stating what I believe and HAVE THE RIGHT TO. My thoughts WILL CHANGE overtime as this is a growing drama with not enough evidence in my opinion.
You do not have to take my advice.
Unlike what Joji stated, I don't find it best to spread the word so loudly. There are BAD people out there who will either find opportunity in this, or be extremely infuriated to the degree they WILL hurt others. Once again, having waves of attack on someone does NOT HELP THEM CHANGE AS A PERSON. It's best to be aware of the drama, but I find it better to let sources who can actually handle this well/not attack people communicate to not only Qwelver, but other devs/mods. I'm not implying you be silent, I imply you whisper and think before you act. Don't blame someone right away, and don't attack.
DO NOT attack anyone involved with this situation, you are simply becoming just as bad as they are, or possibly WORSE.
There may be mistakes in this post, written or layed out. I am living breathing and developing human being, not a robot, and neither is anyone else, especially our developers and content creators.
You can argue your points with the evidence as much as you want to me, but I myself am going to take a long break away from this as I am personally being overwhelmed. All I can say is I'm not ready for this stuff, and please do understand the world doesn't always follow your beliefs. We are people, not a system.
To those who were interested in my comic, I fear I may not update it until I have fully gotten an understanding on this drama.
I do not want advice, and I do not want anything but statements from THE ACTUAL VICTIMS AND OFFENDERS. Do not lie and misinform to me, do not even speak to me if you aren't involved. It may take time, but I can pick apart lies pretty damn well.
You are free to leave out your voice under this post.
Be safe, and take care of yourself if you need to.
And of course support those around you if you can. You don't need to act right now, and you don't have to fight or leave things yet. Take some time to think for yourself.
The best way we can settle and handle this is to remain calm.
