This evening, June 19, 1990, a shocking event occurred. The heir to the Deckard family, Eran Francesco-Rembrand, was found dead in a back room of the Gates of Light Hotel, where he served as manager. The young man was killed by a precise shot to the back of the head, fired from his own revolver, into the eye. The motive remains unknown; the employees had no conflict with him, much less access to his weapon, and the shooter did not appear on surveillance cameras. Robbery is the only motive, but none of Eran Deckard's funds were missing.
Was it mysticism? Revenge? Perhaps the heir to the empire had fallen in with the wrong crowd? We'll try to find out on tonight's show!
