also, i did not come back to the fandom for the disk horse, i came to have fun and make friends but i just think it’s funny how other than people insisting that antisemitism is a nice condiment for their character choices (it isn’t) how portraying julian as the devil or literally anything similar is just — kind of the same old extension of mischaracterisation that actually takes all the appeal and flavour that julian has

you have this ultimately harmless man, who just wants to help and learn medicine, he’s a dork, his serious facade falls at the speed of light, you were given a helpful, creative, funny, working class, jewish boy who’s actually more competent than certain parts of fanon sometimes makes him

yes he makes terrible choices sometimes, and yes his reversed ending reflects this and so does part of his route. but you literally have this 6′4 worth of sea faring, doctor dork who wants to help out his friends, eats his grandma’s matzo, and oozes bisexual energy and slavic chaos, and you just— want to make him an allegory for materialism, power and control? like seriously?

he wants to travel the world with you, help people with you and prove his own worth to himself, if you add a coat of theatre-kid that’s literally his whole character,
