You say no, yet they believe the thread over you. You both shrug it off, but you can tell your F/O is still shaken. Weeks later, you both come to realize their toxic ex was making the posts, yet they still believe the ex over you. You two eventually break up over this and you find they went back to their ex because of this. Better yet, everyone on your TL believes the horrible allegations against you, and you can never find a high paying career because of the digital footprint thrust upon you.

Imagine you tell your F/O something personal or embarrassing in confidence. They caress your face and promise not to tell anyone about your secret. Then next week at a barbecue, they tell your entire family and everyone laughs at you. When asked why they did that, they say they had too much to drink. They didn't drink anything but water.

You come to learn they published an angry "Am I The Asshole" rant on Reddit, explaining how you never get off your fat ass and help around the house.
