A classic spaghetti dish cooked to perfection in a slow cooker, resulting in a flavorful and comforting meal.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 onion, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 can 28 oz crushed tomatoes. 1 can 15 oz tomato sauce. 1 can 6 oz tomato paste. 2 teaspoons dried basil. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 8 oz spaghetti noodles, uncooked. 2 cups water. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
Instructions: With the heat on medium, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic in a skillet until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Remove any extra grease. Put the cooked beef mixture into the slow cooker. Tomato sauce, tomato paste, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper should all be added. Use a stir to mix. Put the lid on top and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours. Add the uncooked spaghetti noodles and water and stir them in about 30 minutes before serving. Fill the noodles all the way to the top of the sauce. Keep cooking with the lid on for another 30 minutes on high or an hour on low, or until the noodles are soft. Put some mozzarella cheese on top, then cover and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts. If you want, you can serve it hot with extra cheese and fresh herbs on top.
