Seline had been walking through the island and had come across a dog, who happened to be absolutely filthy and looked like they hadn’t eaten in weeks. She had taken the animal home and given them a bath, along with some food and decided that it was time to look for their owner. Though if nobody came through, she was just going to keep the sweet pup for herself. Stefan would deal with it. “C’mon buddy, we have to find your owner or I’m just going to have to keep you all for myself and give you all the love you deserve.”

the male mumbled to himself, but stopped when he heard footsteps. green hues glanced up at the person “hey” he said and took a sip from the thermos he held in his hand. earlier this morning had he filled it full with coffee, it was still hot, which surprised him when he burned his tongue. he wrinkled his nose and coughed “ugh, the worst about coffee is that you easily forget that it’s hot, and then your burn your tongue” you could feel it a few days after “did you know that people have complained about their coffee being too hot so they can’t drink it? how stupid is that, everyone should be aware of it”

“you eventually learn that people don’t think before they speak, or even before they do certain things. it leaves you wondering how they could possibly be that dense but sometimes people just don’t think.” seline shrugged as she looked at the boy. “plus, i’m not much of a fan of coffee, i prefer tea but i suppose you could run into the same problem if it’s not iced.”

Caroline had been in the Bittersweet Confections, stopping to get some dessert for family dinner when she made her way towards the door. Jumping back when the sun burned her skin. “What the hell?”

“Woah, Caroline! Are you okay?” Seline quickly ran over to shut the blinds to the shop in order to make sure that she didn’t continue to get hurt. “What the hell is happening to your ring? Could somebody be messing with it?”

it was rare for the brunette salvatore to get a day off from the purple mermaid; as much as she enjoyed her job, it was nice to have a break. bayley found herself sitting on the edge of the swimming pool, dangling her legs into the cool water. as soon as she felt the coolness, it was like she could feel like the tension leaving her body as she enjoyed the serenity of the location. noticing a shadow nearby, the brunette looked up curiously with a raised eyebrow, “sorry. were you speaking to me?”

seline was heading to the swimming pool in order to clear her head -- sometimes being a social worker was harder than she let on and her heart ended up broken more often than not. “that depends, is it a crime for a mother to come and see one of her favorite daughters?” she quipped with a raise of her brow. after a second, she shook her head and sat down on a chair near her daughter. “i’ve missed you, bay.”

“i don’t know what to do.” the woman mumbled softly to herself as tried to relax in the water, her back resting against a few rocks as she looked out at the ocean that she was half in. her head quickly snapped when she heard footsteps, quickly moving off of the rocks and back into the water, hoping the other didn’t see her.

“i didn’t mean to intrude -- i come to the water to clear my head, i didn’t realize that anybody else was around.” seline took a step back as she noticed the fellow brunette near the rocks. “i can leave if you would like to be alone.”

elena hadn’t been sure how many hours she had been awake for now but she knew it had been a bad idea to agree to do a double shift and it seemed that coffee had finally run it’s course through her veins. here she was, drinking another bowl sized cup of coffee, still glad in her scrubs, trying to find a way to stay up long enough to get some food into her body, “someone really should find a safe way to put caffeine into our veins to keep us energerised,”

“honestly that’s not a terrible idea.” seline gave a subtle chuckle as she looked at the other brunette. she raised a brow as she looked at her sister-in-law. “how’s life been treating you, it seems you’re quite busy especially due to the amount of caffeine you’re requiring.” seline gave a look after a moment and a soft smile. “you need to make sure you don’t work too hard.”

SHE IS a SOCIAL WORKER at TOWN HALL, but it is worth knowing that they are hiding AFTER SHE HAD A STILLBORN SHE STOLE A BABY FROM ONE OF THE CASES SHE WAS WORKING WHERE THE BABY WAS BORN WITH DRUGS IN THEIR SYSTEM.

how do they feel about being in paradise cove? are they trying to leave?

Seline loves being in Paradise Cove, it feels like the fresh start she has wanted her entire life. She has her family who she loves more than anything and she doesn’t want anything to change. She wouldn’t mind everything just staying exactly the same on the island. 

what has happened in their lives or what has changed since canon for your character?

Since canon Seline was brought back from the dead and she has just been trying to improve herself ever since. She still regrets what she was going to do with Lizzie and Josie because she doesn’t even know if she could have gone through with it, she’s glad she had severed their physic link so that they don’t have to remember that she was apart of their lives for a short time and they wouldn’t be in danger. Having a family is all that Seline ever wanted and now that she has it she couldn’t be happier. 

what does your character do in the town now? what is their job? hobbies? entertainment? plans? 

Seline is a social worker and it is her life goal to help any children in danger of being hurt or neglected. She takes her job very seriously and hopes that she can make up for all of her sins of the past. She loves music but that probably comes from many years as a siren and she’s a big fan of the water. 

tells us more about your characters secret and why they don’t want anyone to know?

Seven months ago, Seline was alone when she ended up giving birth to her baby but something was wrong and the child never took their first breath which broke her heart. She couldn’t handle it and she had been working a case where the baby was born with drugs in her system. It was perfect and she was overcome with grief, she would switch out that baby for her own. While the hole in her heart was still there, she knew that she would be giving this baby a better life and nobody would have to go through the pain she went through knowing that the child hadn’t made it.
