When I started watching Chicago Med I fell in love with no nonsense Dr. Sam Abrams. However, now that I watched more scenes with him I'm like 😯.

Is this just lazy writing or are they trying to imply something here? Are we really supposed to believe that Sam forgot his phone charger at the hotel and didn't find any means to contact his wife? Something similar happened to one of my boyfriends and he used the phone of a stranger to text me. Also, screw it, I'm not going to pay 30 Dollars to text my wife who might be worried that I don't arrive at the time I was supposed to? And at the hotel he still could have contacted his wife, does that mean he only made the decision to stay longer when at the airport?

I had a fever-induced idea about a Batman - Succession crossover. Reader and Bruce have been friends for a while and he has never made a move on her but when she gets introduced to Tom at a gala or business meeting, Bruce gets into protective mode. Probably being a bit of an a**hole and crashing reader and Tom's date which eventually brings on Tom's protective mode. Tom is a nice guy in this one who got wronged by his ex-wife - a great business man but quite shy otherwise.
