Due the rules of the Barbican, i wasn't able to take pictures as it was permitted however going in, i really enjoyed looking at (2)Chris Steele Perkins and (1) Jim Goldbergs work. They look person and the way its presented looks really eye-catching. I like how Perkins adds their own comment to the photo that was taken.

Here are few of my photos that i have developed in the darkroom.

First image is taken using coloured film on 35mm film camera in Amsterdam. I've decided to add this type of hue to the image to give it this vintage type of look, instead of printing having it at the right colours, however i will correct it and print the actual one to see the comparisons.

The second image, i used Medium format camera (Hasselblad) As you can see it is still a little bit grey therefore i would need to do more testing just so there is more contrasts and few more blacks in the photo itself.

The third image, i used Black&white film, on 35mm film camera with flash. I wanted to experiment with flash and see how it effects the image when using it while there is still daylight. I like how the shadows of the plants are covering the jacket and how i positioned flowers to be covered over one eye giving it a little mysterious look.

New Job 🍟

Didn’t get the time to update you guys but I got a new job. I was obviously hired with a job in November 2017 at Paperchase but it was only a temporary job for the winter however luckily I found this new place - FIVE GUYS🍟🍔

Now I know what you’re thinking 💭 not really a building career job but it’s a starting point, since I might be deciding not to do any apprenticeship or even go to university. Might aswell take this coming year as a gap year & this is where my job comes in, making me busy aswell as taking photographs

Where Am I going?

Sooo in the past, I’ve had my options open and thinking about whether I should go to university or not, thinking about apprenticeships and other courses and other stuff but I’ve decided...

I will NOT be going to university this year - huehue 😭 maybe next year will be my year, however I also feel like I want to explore another subject as I also want a back up plan / Career along side photography. I was thinking to drive down the route of the travel & tourism 🤔 it has been one of my dreams to become a flight attendant because you know, cheap/ free flights😉 - still a little indecisive, someone send in some help for me , what do you guys think?

Here are two images I’ve shot while I was In Amsterdam. One photo has a great view of the river in the background and the model face is lit up well by the sunlight. I also used the fill in flash. The second image, I tested it without fill in flash and you can see how dark the model is however a really good photo.

So much inactivity 😭💔 - SORRY

Time check : 11:53pm. The fact I completely forgot about this page and how I was supposed to update and post on a daily bases was something I failed to accomplish 😩 however not to worry💡 I should be back, up & ready running this blog once again - stay tune for up coming new post✌🏻

Lightplay Project This is my response to my lightplay project which turned out really well. Initially they were mistakes however looking at them in Bridge and picking out the images individually made a really nice series of pictures for this project which I enjoyed a lot
