I know it’s been said before, but the whole idea that saving Haurchefant would’ve stopped the WoL from saving Ishgard is ridiculous.

The Archbishop was leading his people based on lies and refusing to allow any end to a 1000-year war. He summoned a Primal and permanently brainwashed the men who trusted him. He tortured Aymeric, and surely would’ve had him killed or worse once he got what he wanted to know from him, along with everyone else who knew what he knew (including Haurchefant himself and the WoL.) He planned on becoming a God-King and taking over the entire world, with the Ascian’s aid (the fact that he also betrayed them is irrelevant IMO, he still would’ve used their powers to do horrible things.)

Haurchefant would’ve been the first to tell us to go kick his ass.

Literally the only reason we stop is to mourn Haruchefant so having him live and us stopping is ??? so dumb I hate it hahaha. And relegating Ysayle to like “oh yeah she’s here *points to background* is just a slap in the face. Whatever whatever

Ironically, I found Baras’ leadership style much less stressful then Zash’s! At least he laid out his expectations pretty clearly from the get-go!

i can’t be the only one who is obsessed with these low poly animals in and around Tyria… so far I’ve only found a heron (Kessex Hills) and this orange tabby cat (Ebonhawke & Durmand Priory Library) but I can’t imagine there’s only TWO of these elusive creatures in the game…

the criteria that makes these guys so elusive is they’re not ambient creatures, and cannot be interacted with. does anyone know where i can find more of these? might seem like an odd request but listen… I’m OBSESSED with them… I don’t know how to explain it LOL

if you’ve ever seen more of these guys in different maps, or better yet, a different creature all together, please RB + add your find and where to find it (or be more vague, and it could be like a scavenger hunt)! I gotta add more to my collection!!!!!

The Little Things: Dozer

Dozer is a tiny spider that follows the player’s party in the Citadel of Flame explorable dungeon. Dozer is located in the Flame Legion Barracks and will tag along for the whole dungeon once someone goes near him.

Dozer does not fight.

Dozer permenantly has the infatuated effect when he follows the player.

Dozer cannot die in the dungeon.

i hate it when game devs put “fixed several issues” in patch notes 

no. tell me what you fixed. i wanna know what the glitch was.

you know those patch notes that are like “fixed an issue where if the player sat in a bush for too long, they’d become the size of a skyscraper”

saw that post about how the tf2 meet the team videos have way more personality than the entire overwatch lore, and i prompted me to rewatch them all again, and dang that post is 100% correct.

Yes! And the main difference between the two franchises is that TF2 is aware of this, and Overwatch isn’t.

Overwatch tries to craft a dense epic to make people care about the world. And maybe they end up with a good story, maybe not. But the attitude is very limiting to a game that doesn’t need that sort of coherence.

Meanwhile, TF2 just goes “Hey, wouldn’t it be fun if this happens.”

Overwatch would say “No, we can’t have a wizard in the game,” while TF2 would say “Yes, and he’s roomates with Tom Jones!” Because, guess what, the game is just a bunch of people blowing each other up.

The Little Things: Lunar Wolf

The Lunar Wolf gets summoned when three or more Rangers use Call of the Wild (Warhorn skill 5) at the same time. 

The Lunar Wolf does not fight.

It is attached to 1 ranger only, the one to last use the skill.

It loses its health rapidly and only lasts 15 seconds unless it gets healed. 

It’s a reference to the famous Three Wolf Moon.
