Good morning and happy Tuesday! Well, had to switch things up this week for cardio. After 11 weeks of 5 days straight of 3/2 sprints (3 min run/2min walk) I'm starting to have some pain in my right knee! So now it's 30 min of 4.5 pace walk on full incline! Gotta do what I can and not just quit! Let my body do what it needs to recover! Last week, gotta finish strong!
