Florence

All Fabraceae gynoids are based off of Ann(ethole)’s chassis- cost savings/simplification, you see. Florence is no exception. 

Florence generally however is a physically THICC and gentle girl, though she is predisposed to beanbagging people who look at her funny, or people who call her bacon bitch  (don’t worry future tech lets her fire low pressure shells automatically)

The main difference between models is their combat-readiness and their adherence to human form and function. There’s a direct correlation between the two, of course- typically the more readily you can tell a Fabraceae gynoid is not a human, the better equipped it is for direct combat. Broadly categorized, Ann’s at the more human end of the spectrum and Florence is comfortably in the middle.

Florence differs mainly in the addition of a sort of highly flexible metal weave-skin paneling to key areas of her frame (that’s the tan!)- it’s definitely not “human” skin but it’s not exactly unpleasant to the touch- the people at Fabraceae know you can’t keep your hands to yourself! She still has ann type synthetic skin as well though, colored red to quickly identify her as a riot response type (Yes you can still sex her because that’s a base feature on ann models and  mister Fabraceae was vehemently against making a near perfect human body replicas that you couldn’t sex and by golly that’d be a lot of money to stitch together a solid pelvis at this point)

Oh, the gun was made by Fabraceae as well. After skirting so close to the copyright guys you could see their hemlines they essentially bastardized an AA-12 and made it capable of cycling low pressure rounds through the edition of a magnetic assist ala railguns (as in a miniaturized rail system is behind the bolt mechanism that pulls back the bolt as normal blowback would). The model is lovingly called the Wristbreaker because the recoil is made slightly stiffer by the magnetic assist forcibly yanking the bolt back no matter what.

GUN FACTS: 

-This thing is still in use today!

-Some mad lad put a scope on it, creating a pretty cool (probably really ungainly to manuver but accurate) .50 sniper, theoretically the first of its kind.

-if you strap a bunch of them together they make alright anti-air guns!

-It is illegal to fire this thing in real life without screaming. Presumably doesn’t happen in GFL because of that probably getting really old after a while. 

-Presumably her (sort of) thicc frame helps her stay upright and continuously fire!

-Although it may not help much considering her accuracy stat.

-Details though, she’s still best.

-her dog tag is at least like 4 inches long, poor thing probably hasn’t fully seen the light of day in months…

-I have so many questions about the outfit but the most pressing one is: How much does she… shake, and how can i see this in motion?

Ann, pulling her hair back for completely practical reasons!

You ever notice when you’re doing something that tend to do some things differently than others?

I wonder what my trend with Ann has been so far...

I bet it’s totally wholesome!

I guess sometimes I need robot tiddy. 

There’s some actual lore about Ann, but right now I can make a more interesting thing with the harpies than i can with Ann- I’ve really only got Ann as opposed to the 4 or 5 main-ish ones I have for the harpies. Oh, I am actually writing for the harpies, but i’m going fairly slow right now. Maybe once I get a chapter deep i’ll  post a link.

Astrid

Time for a nap. She’s a bird who loves to snooze.

Astrid likes subconciously looking innocent, staying up late, and reading completely pure and sinless literature I swear she’s not deviant in the slightest.

She’s also an accomplished sleeper, being a student and all. 

OH one last little bit. There’s indeed electricity in Stracrok- Windstone makes for a good mechanical generator, though they require replenishment with some form of energy- typically mages in need of money (and practice) will offer their services and channel energy into them. It’s not dangerous in the long term and helps keep the city powered! (here’s hoping I remember this bit)

Cass and Taavetti!

Thought i’d try and do a comparison of the two- They’re kind of the protags of the story i’m eventually going to actually put down in writing. 

Tav’s about average for a harpy- Cass is somewhat short and way, way more “built” than a normal harpy, thighs notwithstanding. Most harpy women are taller than Taavetti and they also are as a rule nearly flat- that’s the most standout thing about Cass as far as harpies are concerned. To a human it’d be the casque and the obvious bare patches, but harpies have their priorities straight, know what I mean?

That being said, she’s going to have a very rough time in the mountains. Probably also on the open road. Hotter, drier places as well, come to think of it. Almost like the dalmatica thing she wears is only really practical in subtropical rainforests or something. Hum. May or may not be a plot point.

(also first non lewd that has more than one character in it. Woo!)

Shelia! 

Shelia’s a emu harpy (yes she has a australian accent (let me have this)) and she’s (if the prosthetic arms weren’t a giveaway) a metal harpy (practitioner? mage? . Metal element magic is a combination of bespoke technology and that liquid metal stuff like in terminator. She’s more in the former, what with the “””mausers””” and the double arms (they’re basically another set)

She’s an enthusiastic shot to say the least. Firepower is a good way to solve any problem after all. She likes to bring that to bear whenever she can- she likes to show off her dakka at least.

She’s not *particularly* aggressive, but she likes calling people’s bluffs (and also shooting them). You know, the kind of aggressive that doesn’t like getting pushed around (and also shooting people) (i am writing this a 5 in the morning i have played so much overwatch)

Cordy (the punchgirl)!

Cordy’s an energetic younger harpy ( who, through an event that she’d describe as “wandering in the forest as a dumb kid and touching shit I shouldn’t” ended up getting blasted by latent wind magic, which caused her wings to atrophy, her form to become heavier than most other harpies in her village (Astrid’s about average for a harpy as an example), as well as making her very, very energetic (she punches people because she’s too impatient to learn proper technique for proper weapons) 

I’ve written up a more detailed summary of her but I’d need to clean it up- it’s a bit stream of consciousness and maybe i could cut out the NSFW bit. (more on that later...)

I’m glad that i’m not sick anymore- got fucking sick for 3 weeks straight. Ear infections make me livid.

Asks Open

I’m getting back into the swing of drawing again, and I was thinking I should open up asks for my characters (I do plan on writing something for them eventually). 

So i’m going to go ahead and try that out, feel free to send questions!

Learn tidbits about the harpy setting! Weird things i’ll have to actually think about! Probably a drawing with most of them!
