Rumor Has It | Jiwon & Matsujun
Matsumoto smiled. "To the fans I am forever an attractive 18 year old idol. To my lovers and friends I'm ageless in there eyes."
Matsumoto slid into his chair. "So what im unconventional, I didn't spend 10 years in school to teach here. I spent 10 years in show biz. I think I have an upper hand on some professors."
"Oh, but you're not 18 anymore, sensei. Unfortunately, there is a physiologic process inside each and everyone of us and sad to say, you're not getting any younger." Jiwon laughed after at Matsujun obviously loving every bit of his never ending fame. "And yeah, you definitely do have an upper hand compared to most of them, which is why there's so many unconventional rumors about you."
`〈 we're on each other's team | jiwon & soojung
High school without her best friend there wasn’t far from hell for Soojung. She remembered the day that her parents had told her that they were moving away to the United States and how she threw a fit and ran away to Jiwon’s house. They practically spent every day together until the day she physically had to board the plane. That was the dawn of her rebellious years and the slowly darkening spiral that pulled ‘Krystal’ down with her. Things were different when she got back but Jiwon’s strong friendship was what pulled them past their fights and arguments and pulled Soojung out of her dark place. She would never be the same without her soul mate.
"Damn it, Jiwon. Where the hell are you?" she cursed out her best friend as she reached her phone’s voice mail for the umpteenth time, "I’ve been waiting here for two hours. Jesus Christ, woman. Don’t tell me you got into an accident. Call me!" The two were supposed to meet at Verte Cafe just outside of SNU’s campus for a quick coffee but Soojung just finished eating a blueberry scone, a slice of lemon-raspberry loaf, a mocha frapp, and a BLT sandwich while waiting for Miss I’ll-be-there-at-around-five. If it were anyone else, she would’ve left long ago.
The vibrations from the three consecutive texts made Soojung flinch in her seat. She read through them quickly on the illuminated screen of her smartphone and rolled her eyes with a small smile. At least she wasn’t dead. The young woman grabbed her bag and quickly made her way out of the cafe. Immediately spotting her bestie’s car, she casually strode her way towards it and entered the vehicle, head turned away with a playful ‘hmph’. “Hate you.”
"I hate you more! Why'd you have to be a fatass and eat so much food, we should have just eaten at Verte. I'm dying out of starvation here," was the first thing that came out of Jiwon's mouth when she exited the car. She threw her arms momentarily around her though, locking her hands around the other's neck. "Oh my God, why does it feel like we haven't seen each other in years when we saw each other yesterday?" Laughing, she gave her one last pat on the back before finally withdrawing herself from their friendly hug, hoisting her bag on her shoulder. She was so ready to just spend the night chilling, it had been a long week and she was seriously in need for some bestie time.
"I had to announce to the team the changes in our schedule for Lacrosse and just as I was about to go home, I was called to the gym for a rushed discussion over regionals next month with the gymnastics coach." Pulling her long dark tresses into a high ponytail, she followed Soojung into the building and asked, "What have you been doing beside miss me as you stuff your self up with junk food?" She asked playfully with a comical snicker. If there was one thing Jiwon liked the most, it would have to be this: the comfort she felt when it was just her and Soojung and the fact that they didn't even have to pretend about anything.
"It was you all along?"
Jiwon bit her lip as her professor Hyuna stared her down, her perfectly groomed eyebrow raised with a question mark tainting her eyes. She couldn’t really help it, she was close with the faculty and seeing her depressed and down on the slumps made Jiwon feel bad. She had been the one leaving flowers and encouraging notes on her desk, in hopes that it would make her feel much better than what she felt. “I can’t exactly say I know what you feel because I don’t know how but I wanted you to know that I was here.” Throwing her arms around her professor, she added, “So I hope the flowers and the notes made you feel better.”
"You’re a muggle."
Startled from where she stood, Jiwon clucthed slightly on her jacket and twirled around, finding Sehun standing right behind her. Hitting him as hard as she can on the chest, she shrieked, “You scared the living shit out of me, Sehun!” Heaving a deep breath, she lethargically pulled her long dark hair over one side of her shoulder and glared at him. “You would say something like that, you still haven’t gotten over the fact that the fandom is over, huh? Well, let me be the one to say it is.”
"You said we could get a puppy!"
Jiwon blinked twice at the girl who stood before her, watching as she complained to her boyfriend about wanting to get that damn puppy. She found herself looking at the window, the puppy looking up at the three of them. The guy muttered something audible underneath his breath before walking away in disbelief and the girl just looked and pouted. Jiwon felt a bit bad so she offered her a tap on the back and said, “That’s alright. I mean look at it, who wouldn’t want to get that cute thing right?”

"Let me see your phone"
seongtuan
There wasn’t much to do when Mark towered over Jiwon and snatched her phone from her closed fist, leaving a huge frown plastered on the female’s features. She had sensed it sometime around last week, his dissatisfaction in regards to her texting somebody unknown (only it was just Sehun, helping her plan for that surprise birthday party she has for him in less than two months). She had no idea he could be so prickly when envious of the opposite sex but she saw no point in it either because it wasn’t like she was actually texting anyone else but him. At least, not with those kinds of feelings. Though the two weren’t together in a relationship, Jiwon had made it clear that she was romantically interested in him and had hoped to make things official at his surprise birthday bash.
"Give it back!" She attempted to reach for it, jumping forward as she locked both arms around his waist, reaching angrily for her phone before he can even read any of her conversations. He didn’t seem content when the only name that popped out was Sehun’s and he didn’t give a second thought in clicking their conversation window. "Give it!" She repeated, flailing her hands in a desperate attempt of a block. Soon, his face contorted into a sheepish grin and Jiwon knew he had everything all figured out. A malor flush seeping through her cheeks, she turned around and pouted, folding her arms across her chest. "Now you’ve ruined my surprise!"
"I saw your browser history."
"Do you even know what you’re doing?"
"We’ve already tried this."
"You don’t even know what you’re doing."
"Beyonce isn’t that great."
"How many times do I have to tell you?"
"You have five seconds…"
"I don’t even know who you are."
"Didn’t your parents ever tell you that?"
"Is this where you live?"
"… Why are your hands down your pants?"
"Is that a lobster?"
"You’re late on child support."
"You never go ass to mouth."
"One ring to rule them all…"
"He doesn’t even go here!"
"Did you just take that?"
"Is that a unicorn?"
"You’re a muggle."
"It’s your turn to do the dishes."
"Were you going through my computer?!"
"Are you pregnant?"
"You need to be honest with yourself, no one likes Nickelback."
"Shut up."
"I know you’re having an affair."
"They’re dead."
"Voldemort isn’t dead."
"Let me see your phone."
"I can’t believe it’s over."
"How high are you right now?"
"I was with someone."
"It’s not necessary to replace you, you’re not missed."
"Why do you think we never worked out?"
"What went wrong?"
"You’re the most ridiculous person I know."
"Are you okay?"
"I’m having an affair."
"Too little too late."
"Snoop Dog just came into the diner."
"You said we could get a puppy."
"I need to move out."
"You ordered a moon bounce?"
"Don’t you want me?"
"Meeting your mother changed my life."
"Janitor’s closet NOW."
"Is that for sale?"
"Do you want to get a drink sometime?"
"Your resilience is comparable to that of a cockroach."
"He has a knife!"
"I was on an episode of Cops once."
"Are you a hoarder?"
"We’re alone out here, you know?"
"I killed her."
"I need to go."
"Why did you invite me to your wedding?"
"You always do this!"
"You’re the master of excuses."
"Did you hire a stripper?"
"I just got out of jail."
"It was you all along?"
"I know you don’t want to be with me anymore."
"Were you ever happy?"
"You’ve been in that same exact spot since 9 this morning."
"There’s plenty of fish in the sea."
"This is it."
"I can’t believe it’s you."
"We’re getting evicted."
"I know who you are."
"I wrote you a letter… Every single day."
"They’re going to kill me."
"You had sex with a serial killer."
"Are you drunk?"
"I didn’t love you anyways."
"That was the worst day ever."
"That was the best day ever."
"Is this your first date?"
"I’ve never been kissed before."
"You’re famous!"
"I can’t see you anymore."
"What’re you here for?"
"It’s always been you."
"If this were a movie…"
"Are you high?"
"Stick a sock in it."
"You’re better off without me.’
"I’m better off without you."
"You’re like a freaking Taylor Swift song."
"What do you want?"
"Fuck it."
"That’s the worst advice I’ve ever heard."
"Who ARE you anymore?"
"Can I get a refill?"
"Well you don’t see that everyday."
`〈 we're on each other's team | jiwon & soojung
Despite Jiwon’s busy schedule, there was always free time in her time slot for her best friend, Krystal. Things weren’t always easy for the two of them, especially since Jiwon was left alone back home to go through misadventures on dates, boys, make up, and homework. It wasn't easy staying in touch through distance, with Krystal being on the other end of the map and Jiwon being stuck at home, and at one point, the two lost contact with one another for a period of time. Still, Krystal was her soul mate. The two knew each other inside and out and looking past all their catty fights and pointless arguements, Jiwon knew that at the end of the day, she'd be able to count on Krystal when things went wrong.
There isn't much difference to their relationship despite the two aging. Still childish, still immature, and still making plans that never seems to happen. As Jiwon put her car into park, she slowly began to dishevel through her bag, searching the pockets for her cellphone. It had been vibrating and ringing non stop, most probably from Krystal. Jiwon didn't have any other doubts since she did promise her she'd come by at around 5. Since she was 2 hours late, Krystal was probably already fuming. It's not like Jiwon had a choice though, her reputations as Lacrosse team captain obviously had to be put on top of her to do list.

The Game Date | Jiwon & Kyuhyun
[ text to: cho kyuhyun ] it actually does. im starving
[ text to: cho kyuhyun ] does it matter what they say? guess i’d just have to find out
Kyuhyun hummed slightly under his breath. Not really bothering to check his phone anymore, he grabbed two bottles of beer and set one down on the counter and opened the other. Walking over to the door, he opened it and flopped in a chair, outside. Kyuhyun knew that Jiwon didn’t do dates often however he had managed to talk her into this one, using his ingenue skills of flirting with girls.
Seeing her car in front of the Kappa house, and then her already as she seemingly was texting him back, Kyuhyun laughed. “Hey, Jiwon-ah!” he exclaimed, laughing. The bottle of beer was half empty so now he was just chilling. Pulling the girl into a hug, he grinned. “This will be fun,” he said.
Kyuhyun waved as soon as Jiwon exited her car, beating her into greeting. In an attempt to hide her smile, Jiwon looked down on the ground. Despite Kyuhyun acting ignorant at all times, he wasn't a bad guy. He was nice actually, generous and humorous, qualities in the opposite gender she found appealing and attractive. Finding herself being engulfed in his arms, she took a deep breath and inhaled the tangible scent of his cologne, smiling and pushing him away when his embrace tailed on a tad too long.
"Too much skinship on the first date," Jiwon teased as she shook her head, pushing past him and entering the familiar Kappa residence. She spotted an empty beer bottle by the couch, a couple of more settled on the table. To make it fair, the house seemed clean and organized compared to the last time she was inside. But then again, Kyuhyun could have shoved all the mess inside the closet, like what Sehun usually does. She said, "So, anyone home?"
Three's A Crowd // Sehun + Mark + Jiwon
By now, Sehun has fully grasped that Jiwon and Mark almost slept with each other, despite it bringing about the strangest feeling inside. The practical thought of the two in the back of Mark’s car made his stomach churn but at the same time, it made him want to laugh in entertainment. Who would have thought that his two best friends would be going at it? Now he could only feel a little silly that the thought of introducing the two earlier never occurred. Good thing Jiwon is acting confidently because honestly, if this was somebody else, Sehun and Mark would both probably be too lost for words.
Taking a peek at Mark makes Sehun want to laugh out loud uncontrollably because the boy looks utterly hopeless. He’s dying inside and Sehun knew better that he was probably desperately trying to come up with a plan b of some sort to get himself out of the sticky situation. “Well,” Sehun finally breaks the awkward atmosphere, attempting to mile at Mark encouragingly. He almost wants to whisper ‘It’s okay man, you got this’ because he looks absolutely uncomfortable. “I think— maybe I should— uh… you two should talk?”
He still was not sure on what to do. It was one of the most awkward situations Mark was ever a part of. Looking at Sehun, the male found it hilarious inside. Mark tried to come up with another plan. Running away all of a sudden was not going to make the situation any better. If anything, it was better to talk to the female he almost slept with. The atmosphere was tense and dead quiet for a couple of minutes. Mark was not sure if he should break the silence or whether or not to just sit and keep his mouth closed. Finally, Sehun broke the silence. “You should just stay here a bit longer, Sehun.” He did not want his best friend to leave instantly. It would have been weirder if he had just left the two alone. Mark turned his attention to the female in front and smiled awkwardly.
Jiwon can see the cheeky in Sehun and it made her want to punch him in the face. A couple of minutes ago he was blank and expressionless and now he was breaks out an awkward sweat. This wasn't Sehun and if she didn't know any better, she'd think it was all an act. Oh, but she knew him the best and the chances of him not acting awkward on purpose was close to slim. She casted him a glare, swearing to herself that she'd so get back at him later for this. "Yeah, Sehun." Jiwon said with a smile, although teeth are gritted, ready to chew him alive. "I think you should stay with us."
(Un)Friendly Stalkers - Joon and Jiwon -
She took another bait. He was good at acting, it seemed, because the grief he faked about Soo Young’s death was a cookie he served to everyone and everyone ate it, saying how delicious it was afterwards. ”That’s alright.” The male sighed. ”She was my ex…” He went into a little more detail, testing the girl’s compassion limits. He needed to see every reaction possible that he could get from her. ”A couple of months ago…She died. The police thinks she had been killed but…Who knows.” His voice was low, truly that of a man still in slight morning for the lost love. ”I’m mostly over it though. I made peace with what happened. I can’t change it so…”
How much of it was she buying though? Chang Sun knew he needed to be careful. ”That’s alright. You didn’t make me sad.” He added, carefully. However, he needed to be careful with the girl. The hesitance she felt in allowing him to walk her to the dormitory was clear and thick as something that could be cut with a knife. Getting closer to her was the idea. Creeping her out definitely was not. If he was to play the cards well, he needed to back off a little. ”Oh, well then see you around.” He said, winking once. She was cute, so why not? Waving once, he walked away, continuing to mind his own business. The baseball cap was back on and a smirk on his lips.
By the evening, Joon realized that the girl was going to be a constant thought. Having reminded him of Soo Young, Jiwon triggered something in him that made him want and need to be close to her. A new target? Perhaps. Not too likely, but not unlikely either. She was at the Gangjeon Hall, it was easy to check and as far as he remembered, she had told him that earlier today anyways. And so without questioning the decision further, he went there. If they meet, he would pretend it was a coincidence. She would bite the bait and that was that.
He was lucky enough to see her but she was going somewhere. Perhaps to the city, and looking as good as ever. He did not ponder over following her too much. Of course he would follow her. He would remain hidden, in the shadows, watching her like a predator observes a prey, but if she spots him, nothing but a nice and charming Chang Sun would stand before her. Once they made it to the city, Joon followed her around aimlessly while she was doing her late evening shopping. Who bought cosmetic products this late at night anyways?
Jiwon's breathing hitched, a lump in the gist of her airway forming. She didn't think it would be appropriate to talk about a deceased, more so someone whom he cared deeply for. "I'm sorry to hear that." She offered him the same comforting words. However, she remained skeptical. He seemed too good for someone hurting and the smile on his face lingered as something strange in the back of Jiwon's instinctive nature. As she listened to his raspy, deep voice, she called herself and shook out of it, thinking that it was still best if she gave him the benefit of the doubt. "I'm sure she's in a better place now," she commented after he finished speaking. "So I don't think there's a point in grieving anymore. I'm sure she's watching... from somewhere."
Scratching her head, she flashed him one more smile and headed off to the direction of her dorm. Odd that he didn't insist, was the first thing she thought, since most usually thought otherwise, especially since it was late. But then again, the guy must have offered to walk her only because he felt guilty. Other than his name in mind, she began to go the direction of her dormitory, wondering if she'd see him around campus. It was so big that sometimes, it seemed impossible to bump into someone new she met for the first time. Looking behind for the last time, she watched as Joon appeared in the pitch black darkness, disappearing through the alleyway herself.
As the night preceded, she prepared herself for the night out she had with a couple of her Lacrosse girl friends, only to discover that her make up pouch wasn't in her bag anymore. She checked her cabinets a couple of more times but to her dismay, it was nowhere to be found. Frowning, she finished fixing her hair and decided that dropping by her favorite make up store would save her from the disaster. Quickly, she grabbed a light jacket and dashed out of the dorm. She began to cover the cloth around her exposed shoulders, opting for walking since the U-belt was so near anyways. Sighing, she mentally made a list of what to buy, leaving out the less important ones for later.
