Her father’s words kept echoing through her head as she stood still in front of the amusement park with delicate fingers gripping tightly at the two entrance tickets on her hand, Jiyeon continually asked herself why she had even agreed with this nonsense in the first place, it was more than obvious that her older brother wouldn’t show up for a family business with her, let alone one set in such a childish place; Jihyuk was after all a way too busy keeping criminals off the streets.
They had twenty two years to work out a good sibling relationship, however, it never happened and the petite girl didn’t saw a point in her father’s attempts to bring them together to fix the fraternal bound that never existed in the first place. But she as rebellious as she had been in everything related to her older brother, Jiyeon never managed to deny her father of something and perhaps, that was the reason to why she was playing the fool in the entrance of that crowed amusement park. No one could say she didn’t try.
I should as well make a night out of it, she thought, biting her bottom lip ever so slightly as she moved towards the gate, until a very familiar visage called her attention; blonde, very tall and slender. She had seen that boy somewhere before, and her memory hardly failed on her, narrowing her eyes as if to catch a better glimpse of him, a small smile danced across her lips, he was not only her classmate, but were also in the same year.
“Hey there!” She called out for his attention, fastening her pace towards him before offering the taller boy a polite head nod. “You’re Oh Sehun, right? World Literature and Psychology classes?” Jiyeon questioned, just to assure herself she wasn’t coming out as mental as she seemed, but though she appeared delicate, bluntness was a more definite trail. “Want to go in with me?” Ever so smoothly, the older wiggled the two tickets as a second invitation as she gestured with her head towards the entrance gates.
