Winter Break: Day 5
I've been sewing a lot to make sure I can hand out presents in time for christmas eve. Progress: 5/10 completed. 3/10 in progress. 2/10 in pattern development.
Since I won't be seeing some of my friends until I go visit them in uni in a couple months, I can be a little lax on myself and postpone the other gifts. I've sketched each one, but I haven't progressed any further than that.
I can't wait to eat a lot and roll around for the holidays~
Winter Break: Day 2
I stayed up late into the morning skyping with my friends from university. It was nice - I guess I DID miss them, even though it's only been a day to a week since I last saw a couple of them.
I went shopping with my family at the mall today - boy it was crowded. I only bought some hand soaps at bath and body works. My sister had gotten a coupon in the mail so each bottle was only $2. (yay)
We also went to sprouts to buy some produce and han kook market to buy a kimchi container. I can't wait to eat the kimchi~
I thought I saw my old classmate from high school at the market, so I stared at him for a while. I hope I didn't creep him out. (sorry to whoever you were! I swear I'm not scary) D:
Winter Break: Day 1
Well, it's officially winter break now! I've taken the Spring semester off since I'm finally done with all the undergraduate requirements to apply to pharmacy school. I can't wait to begin working at the pharmacy since I received my tech license in the mail a couple days ago.
There's only 10 more days until christmas eve so I need to make a lot of presents before then. Time management will be my best friend. :3
Finals Week: Day 3
I am writing this at the desk of my friend while taking a short hiatus from studying microbiology. I remember a lot more than I thought I did~ awesome.
I actually ate basil chicken pasta yesterday for dinner. hehe.
I took the anatomy finals today and did okay. We received our grades for that class already! It's really cool how the professor is timely in grading our midterms. I passed the course - it's worth the many tears I've spilled. (I LOVE YOU LAB YOU GRADE BOOSTER YOU.)
I ate a sweet read bean paste bun (courtesy of Dory) and cereal for breakfast. I had a garlicky hot pocket for lunch! My breath smells weird now...
I'll attempt to sleep early today since the final is at 8 a.m. (nooooo). I'll work hard ^^
Finals Week: Day 2
So I woke up earlier than my alarm today, but couldn't fall back asleep. Instead, I laid on my bed, totally unproductive for a good 20 minutes. I ate a steamed bun this morning for breakfast.
I wish it rained today. I like rain. But then again - I don't like walking through it to get to office hours.
Tomorrow I have my anatomy exam, so I'm going to review practice tests.
I think i'll eat a hot pocket or ramyun for dinner. Choices, choices. [/sarcasm]
Finals week: Day 1
Today I woke up to my alarm at 10 a.m. and I ate cereal without milk. My jaw got tired quickly.
I did a quick review of calculus and headed off to take the exam at 12. I'm glad it wasn't raining. I finished in 50 minutes. One person left at the same time as I did. I listened to music as I trekked back to the dorm. I ate samosas for lunch.
As a study break, my friend and I took knots out of each other's backs. I swear, they're akin to having stones underneath your skin. Once they're removed, you feel like gelatin.
I'll be eating lasagna in approximately 35 minutes. It's baking in the oven at the moment. I hope I will be productive for the rest of the night.
