Thank you all for the questions, the discussions, and yes, even the corrections (y’all kept me on my toes 😭). I genuinely appreciate the help in finding more information because chile… this has been a ride from start to finish. Some of my original thoughts definitely did a full 180 once I started rechecking my receipts again.
I’m going to go back, reread, and clean up my posts by fixing things, swapping links, and making everything a little less chaotic.
I’ll still be keeping an eye on the situation, but I’m not running a Milo fan club or a hate page, so unless something new actually pops up (or we hear about those refunds 👀), I’ll be minding my business. Well that is, after I put up a few more writing related posts. I'm going sit down and try cause it's now summer break.
That said, I’ve always been really interested in patterns of behavior, so I hope that came through clearly in everything I had shared (with just a little personality mixed in).

The World of Gardian website is no more. It was there maybe 2~3 days ago because I was looking at High Disturbance again to check his story about being in a forest fire.
Okay y'all, I finally got around to looking into what it is and what happens next.
World of Gardian's LLC was filed in Colorado. The principal address is located in Colorado. The information below is based on the business laws in Colorado.
Definition: Noncompliant LLC
In Milo's case, he didn’t file his Periodic Report.
What is a Periodic Report?
Red highlight: A reminder to consumers that you are legally allowed to access a business owner's public business information, including their legal name.
World of Gardian's LLC + LLP:
The LLP is currently in good standing. Its Periodic Report isn't due yet, so that could still change. It's due within three months after the filing date anniversary, so we'll see what happens in January 2027.
Next, the LLC:
Notifications were sent through email.
First: 03/23/2026
Second: 06/24/2026
Third: 07/01/2026
⚠️08/31/2026 the LLC will become DELINQUENT.
Current fees for noncompliant:
Definition: Delinquent LLC
(Basically, after the warnings above and if Milo still doesn't file, the business status changes to Delinquent.)
If you read further down on the delinquent page, it tells you that:
Milo would lose the World of Gardian LLC's name after 401 days.
He can still cure the delinquency later. If no one else has claimed the WoG LLC name, he can get it back.
The LLC doesn't affect the LLP. Even if Milo or the State of Colorado dissolves WoG LLC, that doesn't make the debts disappear. Customers are still owed their money.
The LLP is a separate legal entity, so it generally isn't affected unless a court decides there's a reason to pierce the corporate veil.
The Periodic Report is basically just to keep the business's information, like the owner and principal address, up to date. It doesn't require financial or operational details. So there really wasn't much reason for Milo to let it fall into noncompliance.
I actually had suspected months ago that he was going to let the LLC go into debt after I saw that he had formed the LLP. We already know from what I and @cheatsheetproductions found that, even before leaving the U.S. for Finland, he knew he wasn't going to finish the second edition.

this person found a book called "Zodiac" by Romina Russel , this book as some stuff and problems as Milos book.
Yess, thank you for telling me about that creator and video! I just watched it, and I definitely agree with their take.
I actually saw someone mention Zodiac by Romina Russell on TikTok a few months ago, so I looked into the book back then. At one point, I was planning to do a breakdown of Milo's influences, but I got tired of having the same arguments every time I brought it up.
I think some people assumed I was criticizing him for taking inspiration in general, but that's not really my point. Milo doesn't just draw inspiration from other works. He often lifts ideas and drops them into his own story with very little transformation.
Someone else also pointed out RWBY, so I looked into that as well, and the influence is definitely there. The prologue of TAOS feels especially influenced by Zodiac, RWBY, and She-Ra.
That's why we get this random mix of "technology is bad," all the vague "for humanity" speeches, constant talk about balance, and the whole guardian concept.
If you've read the earlier versions of TAOS, you can actually see the story change drastically over time. That's why I don't really care for discussions about who individual characters are based on. Because as new influences were added, the characters shifted.
For example, in one of the earlier versions, Avia and Reika had a much deeper sisterly relationship. Their parents weren't even part of the story. Avia raised Reika, and Chase was Reika's love interest. Book two was supposed to switch to Avia's perspective and follow her relationship with Chase's brother while retelling the original story.
But as I mentioned, as Milo kept pulling "inspiration" from different sources, those characters and storylines changed. RWBY has a lot of family drama, including complicated family relationships, and suddenly TAOS introduces this random storyline involving Reika's mother. Then there's the immortal woman who destroys the world over her lost lover, another plotline that feels disconnected from what came before.
Narah is another example. She's basically a She-Ra clone. If you look at She-Ra's backstory, the similarities are hard to miss: being taken as a child, raised by the enemy, and eventually breaking away. Narah only ended up filling that role because Milo seemed unwilling to significantly change Reika, even though Reika still inherited parts of She-Ra's character arc, like the random ass quest for the sword.
I could honestly point to dozens more examples. But I'm keeping this brief.
Anyway, it's why I don't think TAOS could ever work as a cohesive story. It isn't just inspired by one or two series. It feels like hundreds of plot points pulled from dozens of different books and shows, all competing for space instead of forming a single, consistent narrative. There are several other books and series that seem to have influenced it that I haven't even mentioned here.
But yes, after looking into Zodiac, I'm convinced Milo had read it.

Okay??? What that got to do with me? And you taught them how to bow? Japanese ppl and Korean ppl don't even bow the same either anyway. Idk about Japanese Americans but most Korean Americans bow real quickly with their head. Looks more like a nod. And in Korea, folks don't talk to strangers. So you really don't bow to anyone unless you are going to meet someone. But anyway.
Come to think of it, it really is insane that my entire country is burning alive and literally no one in the rest of the world cares. Thousands of Indians are dying every day from the heat, it's 45+ degrees in multiple areas, the government couldn't give two fucks, we're getting severe warnings and red alerts, and not a soul outside of South Asia is speaking about it because why would you ever care about brown people
people of colour deserve to be able to enjoy fluff and escapism and transformative media and silly fandom stuff the same way that everyone else is allowed to, i think. there’s a lot of unexamined hostility toward anyone who isn’t white; sometimes it’s subtle, and sometimes it’s not. there needs to be far more love and support for poc, and far less defensiveness and tolerance regarding racism in spaces like these.
Reminder to self: A file folder of outlines and character notes and half-written scenes is the equivalent of an artist’s sketchbook and holds just as much value to the creative process.
If a framed canvas isn’t the only worthwhile expression of visual art, then a fully edited and polished piece of significant length is not the only worthwhile expression of writing.
I want to talk about this because I keep seeing really weird posts from seemingly Western white users claiming Asia, specifically Korea, Japan, and China, are ASD-safe places to live.
As someone who has actually lived in Korea, I genuinely don't understand why people encourage autistic people to move there after only visiting as tourists. Being a tourist and actually living somewhere are two completely different experiences.
When you're a tourist, you're not dealing with taxes, housing, healthcare, employment, disability accommodations, social expectations, or political issues. You're experiencing a buffered version of that country. Of course it feels great.
I was guilty of this myself before I fully moved to Korea. I had visited twice and loved it. But when I had visited, I stayed around military base areas, my housing was provided, and I didn't have to engage with the culture on a deeper level aside from interacting with my Korean relatives. Once I became a citizen and had to navigate daily life like everyone else, my perspective changed dramatically. And yes, I ended up leaving.
A lot of these discussions also ignore race, gender, disability, and class. Some white foreigners absolutely receive more social grace than other groups in Foreign countries. Being a foreign visitor is not the same as being expected to function within the system long-term. The experience is even more different/difficult if you're a woman, disabled, a single parent, black or brown, or don't fit social expectations in terms of beauty.
People often point to things like low crime rates, public transportation, or social order as proof these countries are autism-friendly. But autism isn't just about liking quiet trains and orderly spaces. It's also about access to mental healthcare, disability accommodations, workplace flexibility, social acceptance, and support systems.
South Korea and Japan both have highly conformist cultures. Research has repeatedly found that mental health stigma remains a significant issue in East Asia, disability rights protections often lag behind many Western countries, and social pressure to fit in can be intense. For some autistic people that structure might feel comforting. For others, the expectation to constantly read complex social rules and conform can be exhausting.
No country is an autistic paradise. Every country has strengths and weaknesses. The problem is that a lot of these conversations are being driven by people who are viewing these places through a tourist lens rather than the reality of living there full-time.
Please have a moment of silence for the people who were killed instead of freed when news of emancipation finally reached the furthest corners of the american south.
have another moment for the ledgers, catalogs, and records that were burned and the homes that were destroyed to hide the presence of very much alive and still enslaved people on dozens of plantations and homesteads across the south for decades after emancipation.
and have a third moment for those who were hunted and killed while fleeing the south to find safety across the border, overseas, in the north and to the west.
black people. light a candle, write a note to those who have passed telling them what you have achieved in spite of the racist and intolerant conditions of this world, feel the warmth of the flame under your hand, say a prayer of rememberance if you are religious, place the note under the candle, and then blow it out.
if you have children, sit them down and tell them anything you know about the life of oldest black person you've ever met. it doesn't have to be your own family. tell them what you know about what life was like for us in the days, years, decades after emancipation. if you don't know much, look it up and learn about it together.

With that said....
There was definitely someone acting as a turncoat, because Milo found out pretty quickly that I was posting about the new series he had started back in November. The thing I caught the most flak for was posting his Pinterest, with most comments saying that I had gone too far. However, I only brought up his Pinterest because, as mentioned in @cheatsheetproductions' video (here) and in my own post (here and here), Milo already knew he wasn't going to finish the Age of Scorpius before he went to Finland.
