I am so sorry it took me so long to answer this, thank you for the ask !!! These are honestly kind of random and ranked somewhat arbitrarily but here is what came to mind ….

I Saw The TV Glow (2024). I just love it so much. I know a lot of trans people have criticisms of it but I’ve watched it three times, with such good company each time, and I have enjoyed it more with every rewatch.

A New Hope (1977). I had to include at least one Star Wars movie on this list, so why not include the most classic of them all?

Bottoms (2023). You know why lol.

Solaris (1972). It’s so bizarre and also in Russian but I was so intrigued and really connected with it for some reason.

The first four I was pretty sure about, but for this one I have a couple choices. Contact (1997) and Samouraï (1967) could make the list, but The Parent Trap (1998) and Escape to Witch Mountain (1975) were my childhood, so I feel they deserve a place here. 🤷🏻

Again, ranked arbitrarily … definitely one I’m forgetting … but I feel this is a fairly accurate list. Thanks for the ask!
