Day 1 yey

AU that is like avatar, but there are 2 elements, light and shadow. Yuu is a thief and mika is mysterious. (my original idea from 2 years was a lot different but oh well) this will be continued sometime in the future.

(no this is not my sporadic mass posting, this is an exception for mikayuu week)

Y’all I was just scrolling through my ONS episodes for clips for an edit and I saw this

This is from the season 1 closing. The shadow around Mika encompasses him and spreads out all over the place.

We all know that the shadow spreads over everyone.

And then there’s Yuu. We can see the shadow approaching him.

But it actually doesn’t reach him.

Right after it rapidly starts to recede.

And approaches Mika again.

Before finally being reobsorbed by him, right before he jumps off the building.

We know that the season 1 closing is Mika singing back to Yuu. I really don’t know what the significance of this is, but my symbolism mind went wild when I saw it. Like, this could mean anything, or maybe it doesn’t mean anything at all, but it would be freaky if it meant something like in foreshadowing.

Maybe I’m just over-evaluating it, but who else loves to read too hard between the lines? 😂
