We talk about Hiccup having unexplored trauma from the Red Death but what about the others? What about the entirety of the rest of Berk? What about the all-consuming guilt some of them must feel for the part they played in the war against dragons?

That RTTE episode where Fishlegs is distraught because his ancestors almost wiped out the Dramillions - why doesn’t he feel like that every single day, thinking about how many dragons his own parents must have killed? How many he might’ve killed if Hiccup hadn’t changed things.

The gang saying ‘the chicken is not amused’ all the time after any minor inconvenience cause it’s a funny little inside joke but they say it so much that they forget other people have no fucking clue what they’re talking about

So when Ryker holds Hiccup at knife and he just says ‘the chicken is not amused with this Ryker’ he’s so stunned that Hiccup manages to escape

Ruff & Tuff seeing that Hiccup is overworking himself and hasn’t slept in a while so they barged into his hut and ask him to come hang out in their hut for awhile and when Hiccup declines they’ll just be like ‘ok so guess we’ll just hang out here, oh what’d this do? What’s this over here?!’ And they’ll both just mess with Hiccup’s stuff until he finally agrees to go to their hut where he inevitable falls asleep cause the twins have the coziness bed outta the gang

The people of Berk better be grateful that Hiccup was super cool about all the abuse and neglect he faced because of them because his best friend is the unholy offspring of lightning and death itself

Like you think the people of Berk were overly nice, polite, and respectful to Hiccup cause they all collectively thought ‘he has a dragon that could kill me in the blink of an eye I need to pledge my allegiance to him’

The dragon hunters are all idiots because how was Ruff & Tuff able to sneak into a dragon hunter base without being caught by any one of the multiple actual dragon hunter there when this was their disguise:

Hiccup gets captured by the dragon hunters and decides to fuck with them by telling him he can talk to dragons and since there’s already rumor about him being part dragon they believe him

rtte episode and the entire plot is the twins decided to steal Hiccups legs as a prank but they end up losing in to one of the night terrors so they chase that night terror down and get hiccups leg back but Tuffnut accidentally drops it off a cliff

So now Ruff and Tuff are searching for Hiccup’s leg and they find it! Except a monstrous nightmare decided it absolutely had to have Hiccup’s leg so it flys off with it and now the twins and Barf & Belch are chasing it down

They eventually catch up to it and the monstrous nightmare drops into the island below so now the twins have to search the island for Hiccup’s leg and, after searching for a while, they find it . . . Welded to the back of the Armorwing

They tried as get it back but it’s no use so they head home ready to face Hiccup’s wrath, but when they get home to Dragon’s Edge the rest of the gang are eating dinner and Hiccup has his leg!!!

So Ruff and Tuff ask how he got it back from the Armorwing and Hiccup’s just like ‘Armorwing? What are two talking about I just grabbed me spare leg when I couldn’t find my original leg’

And then the twins just collapse to the floor . . . Rawr :3
