"I am so glad I'm not the only one that feels that way." Serena smiles at Kai. "How have you been though? Did you have fun in Japan?"

"I get it, I very much do, but I've been so busy with music and all these festivals, that I haven't had time to really sit down, you know?"

"Jasmine, you are taking over the music world and I love to see it." Serena smiles at her friend. "When you're all done with touring this year, does that mean you'll be closing the chapter on this era from your debut album?"

"You aren't alone in feeling that way, I feel that way too." He promised her with a smile. "Are you at least enjoying Japan so far?"

"I fucking loved Japan so much." Serena smiles at Damon. "How about you? Did you have fun?"

"Yes, oh my gosh, I am so glad I am not the only one who feels that way." Kiara looked at Serena with a smile. "I feel like we've either shifted timelines or I'm going crazy."

Serena laughed. "Hopefully this timeline is filled with good winning over evil, I am so tired of hearing about the bad guys winning."

Serena laughed. "I think that's how all of us have been feeling lately." She looks at her. "I'm doing good. how about you? Did you like Japan?"

"Oh, I totally feel it, but it's not a bad thing, you know? I think that means that something good is about to happen."

"You think so?" She asks Logan. "What do you think, or hope, will happen?"

"I've definitely felt that way too." Jules says as she looked at her best friend. "Maybe it's because I'm going to have a first grader in the fall, but I feel this year has been surreal with everything."

"Wait, she's going to be in first grade thhis year? My goodness, I feel like she was just born." Serena laughs. "Are you excited though?"

"I get it, it's like we're in a new timeline or whatever." He said with a laugh. "How are you doing, Serena?"

"I'd be okay with a new timeline, so long as it's not a shitty one, you know?"

"No, I get it, I've been feeling that way too." She looked at her. "Maybe because every time I turn on the news, it's another horror story, but I also feel like that's been true for the last fifteen years."

Serena looks at Elena. "Life has been really scary lately, I hate it, but I am glad I have the friends that I do, you know?"
