Petra laughed. "I guess it could always be worse, couldn't it?" She looked at him. "Think of all the good that'll come during summer though!"

"There's just something so magical about when tourist season begins. Not only because they boost our economy, but because it's really fun to see them make assholes out of themselves." @rededgerpstarterblog

"The only good thing about tourist season is that they are fun to fuck with." She said with a laugh. "Other than that, the majority of them fucking suck."

"Oh my gosh, it is so good to see you!" She smiled at her friend. "I am so excited to just let loose and have no worries, how about you?" @rededgerpstarterblog

"Aww thank you, Tessa." Petra smiled. "I don't think I could ever be in a job that I just hataed, even if it made me famous."

"I'm glad you like hanging out with me, I am a delight to hang out with." River said with a laugh. "Are you planning on going on tour anytime soon?"

Petra laughed and shook her head. "Of course you think you're a delight to hangout with." She teased. "Uh, I don't know." She admitted. "I kind of like just putting out an album. The anexity I have doesn't really help."

"She has always known what she wanted and how things should exactly be, so I'm not surprised this place is as doing well as it does."

"I'm not either." Petra said and looked at Emmett. "Let's change the topic though, because as much as I adore Alexa and this beautiful restaurant, I do not want to spend our whole meal talking about her."

Nash laughed as he listened to Petra. "Send Eileen my love." He told her and ran his digits through his hair. "She was always great to me, so I appreciate that."

"That's because you're like a son to her." Petra laughed. "How are you doing though? Please tell you've finally asked Viv out?"

Lydia nodded as she listened to Petra explain how her album promo went. "Well did you at least have a good album promo run?" She asked. "If not, then that's a real issue."

"I did, yeah. It was low key, but I was also going thorugh a really bad...mental health point at my life. The fans loved it and understood it." She said with a smile. "They are so damn amazing."

Emersyn nodded with a soft laugh. “Right. If they handed out honorary degrees for surviving life, I’d have a few by now.” She glanced over at Petra, smiling. “And yeah, lazy feels earned. We’ll call it rest with intention and pretend it’s productive.”

"If that's the case, then I think everyone in Red Edge would get an honoary degree for just living." Petra laughed.

" Oh really? That's great! Text me and remind me to take a look at it. I know your pretty excited about that one," Ivy said with smile. " How are you though? Your just getting back?" she asked her.

"I'm doing really good and I've been back, but I've just really been...lazy and wanting to stay in my house more than anything."

Kai laughed and shook his head. "I think my favorite song is Pushing Up Dasies, it's a really fun song."

"Oh really?" Petra asked with a smile. "I had so much fun writing that song."

"I'm glad I can help you be a lazy bum." Aspyn joked. "How are you doing though? I love teh album so much, Petra."

"Thank you, Aspyn and I'm glad you could come and get food with me. I haven't seen you in forever."

Emersyn laughed and leaned back on her hands, eyes on the half finished sand castle. “Honestly, I’d frame it if that worked. Honorary degree and everything.” She glanced out at the water, letting the breeze hit her face. “Same though. No plans, no schedule, just enjoying being outside and not thinking too hard for once.”

Petra smiled. "I'd love to get an honorary degree in something, I think it'd be so cool." She said. "I love it, I feel like we both deserve to be able to be lazy for a bit."

"Last time I checked, your mom considers 'space' an invitation to just lean in closer. I'm glad you're moving, though. Stagnation never really suited you." He shifted his weight "You want to tell me what actually happened, or are we staying in the 'overbearing mothers' safe zone for a while?"

"Well you know Eileen, she does the dotting mother well, but she thinks it's time I get married and settle down. She even asked if I could get back with you so it could happen." She laughed.

"It really is, but then again, Tigerlily never dissappoints when it comes to their food." Emmett laughed and looked at her. "I say you deserve a nice meal and a lazy day then, Petra. How are you?"

"That is very true, Alexa runs a tight ship with her chefs and I love it." Petra smiled. "Thank you and I'm doing good. How about you?"
