BMI

Body mass index, or BMI, is dumb. It’s a dumb way to decide health. But here we are. I’m aiming to reach a BMI of 30 in 10-12 weeks. That’s about 20kg to go. Will it be difficult? Yes. The meeting with the clinic doctor went well enough. But ’tis as I expected. I need to lose weight to meet the requirements in Japan for IVF assistance. I think I’ll use this space as a small journal for my IVF adventure. With my husband being asexual, we’ve not had any success conceiving via other means yet.
