Hiii!

This blog has got more attention than we expected so we figured we'd introduce ourselves!

We are two alters (Max and Nova) in an OSDD1B system with ADHD.

Max (he/they, age 20) is the host and regresses into a cat/Kitten and a fluffy dragon.

Nova (They/she, age 16) is a trauma holder and age regresses (7-3).

This is a blog dedicated to our regression. We'd like it to be a safe space for all regressors (age and pet). Feel free to join us on our journey (we're new to the regressor community) and ask anything you'd like - we're fairly open 💜✨🦇🐈

sum times I get upset dat my stuffies fall off da bed when I go ni ni and I cry when I realise they are on da floor!

and den i remember dat they probably went to go say hi hi to my other dolly’s and toys and the bed was too high for dem to reach back up to me!

and dat da floor isn’t uncomfy cuz they are soft and fluffy sho they good :)

What's age/pet regression?

They are both coping mechanisms!

Age regression is basically a temporary state of mind where you go back to being a kid/toddler/baby to cope with trauma/stress/your mental health in a safe and sfw way

Pet regression is similar but instead of acting like a kid you enter a headspace of a pet/animal ! Also completely sfw

They are both sfw coping mechanisms that should be respected

💌-reminder plushies edition

Your plushies are immune to pain! If they happen to accidentally fall of your bed it doesn't hurt! And it gives them a chance to look for monsters under your bed they arent there of course because of your plushies superpowers.

You can never hold your plushie to tight! They only feel it as a cozy hug

Stuffies love the washing machine. Its not scary for them. It feels like a nice warm bath + they will smell and feel better and that means they get to cuddle you more!

Plushies do not mind it if you have not touched them in a while or if you're focused on a different plushie. Their love for you is endless and there is nothing you could do to stop them from loving you. They are glad that you found another friend and making them feel at home. + now theres another friend in the plushie family they can get to know.

Tips for impure/sad regression:

1. Take your favorite plushie and tell them your worries ☁️

2. Put on a comfort show ☁️

3. Write down how you feel and why ☁️

4. Take a warm bath with your toys and listen to music or an audio book ☁️

5. Cry into your plushies ☁️

6. Build a pillow fort to hide in ☁️

7. Talk to your cg/a friend about why you are sad ☁️

8. Write down 5 nice things about yourself and do some positive affirmations ☁️

9. Go for a walk with your plushie and listen to music ☁️

10. Do a hobby that makes you happy ☁️

Fun fact of the day: Bees communicate with dancing
