when i first came to shiftblr, from shifttok, there was often conversation on which community was better. shiftblr likes to see itself as superior, claiming we are more ' open ' && ' welcoming '. yet time and time again this community has pit itself against each other while simultaneously putting others on pedestals to create ' shifting idols '. i don't care for the constant drama and bullying. this is a place made by us shifters && for us shifters. i made this ' event ' to try to get us talking and sharing with each other again!

shy & dorky ♱ a brief memoir on ethan landry (thea’s version).
this boy has been on my radar, my mind, and in my heart for the last three years, though it feels much longer than that. every wretched song leads back to him. simply put, nobody else makes me feel the way i do when i merely think of him. the physical chamber of my heart does not know how to contain the sheer amount of love i hold for him, let alone do my neurons know how to spark together & properly catalogue him away in my brain, though he’s lodged deep in the crevices, anyway.
who is he?
• ethan “e” landry is known for being a ghostface killer in the sixth installment of the scream franchise, scream vi. of course, ghostface does not exist in any of my realities. as such, he is not one.
• he was born on november 16 in the same year i’m born in—depending on the reality (2004 in scream vi)—which makes him a scorpio sun. his home town is woodsboro, california.
• physical features. brunet curls. doe eyes the colour of coffee. beauty marks constellating his skin. callouses on his hands from building with legos & whittling wooden figurines. canines sharper than should be. eye crinkles when he smiles. smile lines that linger even when he’s not smiling.

• texts each sentence in a message or writes a whole paragraph, no in-between. once we got comfortable with each other, he started sending me messages about the most random questions.
• gets extremely focused when i talk, his undivided attention usually roams over my face. bro is just cataloguing everything. (i get self-conscious & nervous when i notice.)

okayyyyyyyy so jason peter todd will eat literally anything i put in front of him. once i had burned a grilled cheese and he snatched it before i could, saying it had more ' flavor '. i was going to eat it — so he didn't have to — but he ate it anyway 🙄. all that to say the boy would swallow rocks if i put it on a plate.
buuuut his favorites tend to be the chocolatey desserts. doesn't matter if it's milk chocolate or dark chocolate ( although, don't let it be white chocolate ), when he gets his hands on the treat it's gone. here is his top four :

⊹ house wrath is the big one. it's mine and has been with my for almost four years at this point. although it has been altered almost drastically since its conception back in the day. if anyone would be interested i would be down to make a full history post on the wrath lineage.
⊹ house winchester is my friend's ( @emitem1 ) ! i love to add her to these realities because we first met on tiktok when i was posting about asoiaf && we once had a group reality together. i always make her my witchy / spooky best friend!
⊹ house drakaris was created for my age of valyria reality to just be another valyrian dragon rider family for me to be the daughter of. had to script it so we we're never related to house targaryen because my s/o is one.
⊹ house ashwood was inspired by love of baking in this reality and the name of the capital's mistwood village. i just wanted to ensure i had somewhere to go when i wanted something sweet in my house of the dragon reality.

My Scream dr is set in 1996, it is based on the first film! The Woodsboro murders never happen though (feels like it's obvious but I feel like someone might think that because I have a horror movie inspired dr I actually want the events to happen, which is an obvious no for me), the movies do exist and are based on a city in Indiana, not in Woodsboro. My s/o is Billy Loomis, but in my dr he's not unstable and most definitely not a killer, the whole thing with Sidney's mom is non-existent (ofc), and he's actually very sweet! We're two horror movie freaks lmao. Basically, I live in California in the 90s having fun with Billy, Tatum, Stu, and Sid (and sometimes Randy), just doing chaos and having parties
I've never shared about this dr because I feel like it's so uncommon people might genuinely believe I want to live the events of the movie, but definitely not 😭 I'm very paranoic as it is in this cr about worst case scenarios that I don't see myself shifting to extremely dangerous realities aside from the fact that it's actual people who die and I wouldn't wish that on anyone.
