I always assumed he adopted Leia because he was one of Padmeâs most trusted friends and a fierce political ally. But yes, you made a great point. I just wonder how he got so close with the order. Iâve been told there is a book on that.

One thing I love about Star Wars is that most of the Canon relationships consist of a man falling in love with a woman who told him he was stupid and / or tried to kill him once and has a degree in bad bitchology.
I have an ugly cold so I wasted my time rewatching more Star Wars. Todayâs victim: the Han Solo movie. I almost forgot everything about that movie, so that was an expierience:

+ Why did the beginning look like every other WWI or WWII movie??
+ I loved Donald Glover as Lando, like best casting choice ever, but why was he in love with a droid? LIKE DUDE WTF?
+ Why is Maul still alive? Didnât Obi-Wan kill hin in Rebels again? Are we before that? WHAT IS THE TIMELINE HERE, HELLO? (Also I loved him as fucked up and unsuccessful looser syndicate boss in clone wars and I would have loved if they picked up on that again, but they kinda didnât? HELLO, what is happening here?)
+ Aurra Sing is dead lol. Someone mentioned they killed her.
+ The old guys death reminded me of that one random death of that one guy in that really famous western movie (once upon a time in the west maybe? The other really famous one with Clint Eastwood?). Basically in the western movie the guy falls of his horse in the end and is dead. And itâs like after all of the fights have happened and whatever and itâs like a short shocker right before the credits. Like his death contributes nothing to the plot at all. Yeah I felt like that about the old guy in this movie too.
+ all in all: fun movie I guess? Not the worst Star Wars project but I have questions?

I just rewatched the Phantom Menace. Here are some thoughts:
+ Last time I watched it in English, this time in German. I was by no means prepared to have the Neimodian going âHast du nen Knall?â (Eng: âAre you fucking insane?â). I laughed so hard.
+ German Jar Jar Binks is a little bit funny.
+ I said it in Clone Wars before the Jedi are really touchy and Qui-Gon really embodies that.
+ I always had the Jedi as really selfless and helpful in mind. Was kinda shocked that âfuck the councilâ-Qui-Gon gave so little fuck about the slaves.
+ Baby Anakin is so cute.
+ He mentions he wants to become a Jedi to free all slaves and I just realized he never got to do that.
+ The amulet he made for Padme reminded me composition wise of her funeral scene in the coffin and Iâm not okay.
+ Qui-Gon mentions podraces on Malastare. Malastare is home planet to the Dugs. Sebulba is a Dug. That mf fucked off to Tattooine to do podraces, instead of his home planet. I personally think was too bad at podraces at Malastare.
+ At the podraces you can see Aurra Sing and someone who looks an awful lot like Fennec Shand.
+ I forgot how short Maul was without his prosthetics (especially compared to Liam Niesson lmao). I mean it makes sense for a stuntman to be short, so no hate to the actor, but he looks so much taller in CW.
+ The funeral scene is heart breaking. I donât understand why Obi-Wan would put Anakin through that in CW.
This is purely for fun and for me to kill time while I wait for my potatoes to finish.

I feel like heâs actually really good at cooking. I think he prefers fast and effective recipes, but is amazing at fine tuning spices, herbs and flavors in general. This man has an enhanced sense of smell so his cooking is probably simple, but delicious.
Tech
Tech is a very smart person and prefers to work by facts. I feel like heâs really good at making everything very nutritious and healthy, meeting everybodyâs needs, because he knows how and pays attention to details. He doesnât cook often because there are usually more imports matters that need his attention, but when he does everybody feels really good afterwards.
Wrecker
Letâs be real, my man loves good food. But I feel like he usually prefers to buy food, because he can try many different cuisines authentically. He is also the one most prone to burning stuff, but he is an amazing kitchen helper. Also has the cutest apron. And I feel like he is the most creative in preparing food from scratch on missions.
Echo
His food usually turns out pretty good because he does the cooking by the book. I mean that man read the Rishi manuals for fun and got his name for repeating orders. He has a cooking book, he follows the instructions and boom, his cooking is good. Echo of course can freestyle and adapt to different situations, but when it comes to cooking he doesnât really need to, because the book worked well so far.
Omega
Loves cooking as a group activity. Just everyone being in the kitchen, working, chatting and laughing together. She regularly convinces her brothers to do that with her when theyâre without missions and loves every second of it.
Crosshair
Doesnât really see a point in cooking besides getting nutrients into his body. Prepares food quickly and doesnât put much thought into it. However, when he likes to be around someone, he actually enjoys sitting in the kitchen and listening to the designated cook talk.
This is purely for fun and for me to kill time while I wait for my potatoes to finish.

(This is still based on the fact that I think someone in the creative team is using Alien (1979) as their inspiration, I donât what that to happen either)

Some thoughts on the actual finale:

+ I want a dad / older brother who loves me.
+ Okay, back to the less oversharing and personal points. This was actually very beautiful. THEY ARE ALIVE!!!
+ I was scared about Wrecker for a second. He wasnât in his best condition.
+ And Iâm sorry about Crosshairs hand.
BUT THEY BOTH MADE IT.
+ Loved that the Zillo is free now and roaming the planet. Omega took Mace Winduâs advice from clone wars lmao.
+ I kinda still wanted Hemlock to be eaten, but I guess I can deal with him being shot. Him being eaten, wouldâve pushed the âdonât fuck with nature or it fucks youâ narrative and I would have loved that. In the other hand Crosshair and Hunter deserved to shoot him.
+ The hug on the bridge killed me. I love these three so much.
+ That one shot of Tarkins ship arriving on Tantiss. PURE ART. I wanted to lick my tv, that was gorgeous.
+ AND ITS A HAPPY END, A HAPPY END IN STAR WARS!
+ Echo and Emerie actually make a bomb duo in my opinion. I would love to see them again.
+ AND GROWN OMEGA??? Sheâs so pretty omg and I LOVED the animation of her hair. It was so lively.
+ Very cute ending. 10/10. Did cry a little bit.
+ Honestly Iâd love to see how Omegaâs story ends and where she went in the end. It took me a second watch but Iâve grown so fond of these characters.
+ Other things I need to know: Where tf is Cody? How did Rex and the other two end up where they did? Tf did happen to Crosshairâs inhibitor chip? What is happening to the other clones? What will happen to the senator lady? And I also need more input on project necromancer.

There are certain parts of the Star Wars franchise I donât like. It just doesnât bring me the same kind of joy other projects do. I normally donât comment on that online, because Iâd rather like to discuss and connect with people about the things that bring me joy.
