If anyone remembers Groot, the service dog I was training, unfortunately he has now been taken out of service. He started having seizures and was diagnosed with epilepsy. Groot is now staying with me as a pet. I am so heartbroken as he was a week away from meeting his forever person. I had been training him for over 2 years. He is doing better now on medication and is living the life, I am very thankful I am able to keep him.

I just wanted to share this little moment with you. This was three years ago. This was molly and my first public access outing together to the mall with her trainer. Molly guided me into that mall so easily. I had struggled very badly with malls and busy public spaces and would often not even last 5 minutes without having to leave or having a panic attack. We conquered the mall that day. And from this day forward, things only continued to get better. - -

Fast forward three years later, I am training others in the mall, helping people like myself with molly alongside me. I couldn’t of made it here without this dog by my side. - Thank you molly. You are my lifesaver.

I am so sorry for not updating for awhile trying to survive a lot right now, got my heart broken a couple weeks ago and well after being with someone for 5 years and having a ton of plans im not really sure now to move on from that. But im throwing all my heart into my horse right now and my job and trying to keep my head above water, working at being okay, and just taking a day at a time… This month/past month has been one of the worst in my life, I have lost so many people, a friend to suicide, and two to other forms of death, and I am not coping well. I am not sure really how to. Just one foot in front of the other and throwing a smile on the outside is how I always have done it. But that only lasts so long before you break.

Im thankful for the people that are here for me holding me through this. I have some great people in my life that are here for me. Without them I am not sure where I would be right now.

I am thankful for those patient with me while I try to deal with everything going on and wait for me to break.
