Leafy gijinka(s) redo..!!! I think I,ve improved a lot in like 1 year

For the first season of BFDI I wanted to symbolize how she let others use her as a shoulder to rely on, early on at least, by having her sleeves be changed from light green to white, since that's a color associated with purity, I made her hair brown to better fit her color palette and I exaggerated his twin braids even more since that would be cute ...
I didn't really change her design too much, I just made it more top heavy to even out the lines of actions leading the eye to the bottom of her design
Now, for BFDIA, I also didn't change him very much from my February design😅😅😅 keeping the white on his chest really works since her purity isn't really seen by the others as sincere anymore, so it's held closer to her heart and less visible(?)
I also keep some longer strands of hair from when I'd make him cut his hair so he still feels a bit connected to his BFDI self
I never had a BFB Leafy design but say he changed the most compared to how he was in his previous years..!! He covers himself with a bright green shirt to look more friendly, no longer metal he re-dyes his hair light brown and bleached the ends, and is much more comfortable in his body to gain weight and wear more revealing clothing, by his own choice. I really want to capture the soft-reboot elements of BFB so I feel like I'm going to be making characters look more like their season 1 versions compared to the edgier season 2... Or at least for the original 20... 21!

I'm okay with these designs but they really could use more work, BFDIA Leafy doesn't look like metal, she just looks gray and sad and sick... I definitely should've used more neutral harsher shading
And BFB Leafy's pose is AWFUL idk why I did that he only has a clear silhouette when in his EXITor outfit... Speaking of which I feel like he'd keep elements of it when coming back from the EXIT like his natural hair and maybe his undershirt... And maybe go back to bleach during TPOT
