Strange things have been happening in the sleepy little town of Servisse. People are disappearing, and the town seems to be none the wiser. There is a monster afoot, and it is worshipped by a group called Potentia, who slowly sacrifice human lives to appease the beast, and torture others in between to appease their own interests. They have had a guise over the town for almost a decade, since the last sacrifice, but it hasn’t gone completely unnoticed, another faction has formed, a group called Humanis, and it has realized what is happening here, and has been attempting to fight the evil that has affected the town in the hopes of saving it’s people. So far they’ve managed to make a few townspeople aware, but there is still a long ways to go. Which side will you choose? In Servisse, the choice you make could mean your survival.
So, I was hoping I wouldn't have to do this, but in light of two of our mods being very busy and it's been a bit slow, I am putting Servisse on temporary hiatus until Summer, when people are out of school and hopefully schedules clear up a bit. It saddens me to do so, but it's only temporary. Thank you for understanding.
Bio: Tabatha Heller was the golden child of the family, acing everything and never letting up. While the attention was nice she loved to hang around with her big brother and learn how to shoot things. Though a track and field girl at heart, she was going to college for Psychology. She had natural empathy abilities and she could get into people's heads by just reading their faces. The night of the fire though she disappeared. Tabatha woke up in a strange town that seemed to ooze with bad things just around every corner. She doesn't know anything about herself, except for her name and age. Tabatha knows that she is searching for someone, though she knows not who. She just knows she needs to find them, and get them to help her with this town.
As of right now, we have eight open pre-writtens, and again, OCs are very welcome. Open characters can be found here . This RP is also very cooperative in that the plot and what happens is all pretty much a group effort, so if that is something you find interesting, please come take a look. While we are open, we are indeed still working out some kinks in the plotline which is where the cooperation of all the members comes into play. We've been thinking up a big group event to officially get interaction started so if you have ideas come apply!
We are currently having blogroll issues, so I'm going to try and see what's the matter
if a new blogroll or trying to fix the current one does not work, I will add a masterlist. Thank you for your patience. We'll be starting up actual interaction soon.

Bio: A man of passion, through and through, Connor was born and bred in Servisse, but when his parents divorced, Connor moved out east with his father at the tender age of 3. He grew up a normal kid, until he suddenly had extreme mood swings, going from gleeful to deep depression in only a few hours. It was then that Connor realized his gift, picking up on emotions like a antenna. He learned to control it during high school, and used it to help out his fellow students… and to get on people’s good sides. Later, when his father died, and Connor decided to look for his estranged mother. He wandered back to Servisse, only to find her dead and gone under mysterious conditions. Now, he’s found his new passion- freeing the people of Servisse.

Connor smiled as he walked into the room. There was a happy atmosphere here at the community gathering- or party, as they called it, and Connor found himself tapping his feet to the music and smiling at strangers. He always enjoyed the extra shot of happiness his gift allowed him at times. Glancing around at the party-goers, Connor looked for Father Leith, or his rather attractive daughter. Either would be good. He should be keeping a close eye on them and who they interact with. It was important, he needed to learn as much about them as possible... but... The mood in the party was intoxicating, compelling him to forget that for a little while. It couldn't hurt, could it? He could find out more about the townspeople, who they were, maybe find himself a dancing partner as well.
He walked around, picking up on the atmosphere of the individual cliques around the community centre. There was the group of teens near the drinks table that was obviously up to no good, judging from the mischievous aura they had. Connor made a note to avoid the punch. Then, in one of the darker corners, there was a couple who were radiating very strong feelings of lust and love. He noticed the other townspeople glaring, obviously disapproving of the public displays of affection. The couple could be in trouble. At this thought, Connor sent out some calming emotions their way- Not to ruin the mood, but the this is not the time, thought Connor. He watched at the couple disentangled themselves and blinked at each other in confusion. He turned away, a job well done, only to hear them start arguing. Oops, he cringed, but shrugged almost apologetically, even though they had no way to know that it was his fault for disturbing their domestic bliss. They'll get over it, if all goes well. All for the greater good, in the end... Connor turned back to the party, and a smile found it's way to his face despite the twinge of guilt that was still in the pit of his stomach. This was a good party.

Bio: Max was going to protect and serve as a cop and had hoped to become a detective. His father tried enlisting him in the army instead but Max was out of the house before he could be sent off. He learned how to use almost any weapon from a friend who was an ex-cop and decided to become a professional marksman and hunter. At 20 he returned home to find it burned to the ground and his parents dead, though his sister had gone missing. Max began to try tracking her down and had lost all hope until someone said they saw Tabatha going southeast from Philadelphia. Now having stumbled across this random town, he gets the jeebs from the overly kind and happy townsfolk, but still searches for his sister, hoping she’s alive and well.
Roleplay Experience:5 years. I've roleplayed from Formspring to Tumblr as various characters ranging from intense to silly or insane. Currently in an Avengers Rp on tumblr.

Para Sample:Driving through the town was just too damn easy. Max was used to big complex streets and roundabout turns that could lead you off a cliff. This place was just.... flat and straight and it annoyed him. Coming from Pennsylvania he loved the hills and mountains they had there. Looking for Tabatha had been no easy feat, and it had taken him a whole year just to get a good clue as to where she might be. Max pulled off to the side and parked, getting out to feed the meter. He looked around and saw that very few people were out and about on this fine morning.
Weird. You'd at least think there'd be some punk kid skateboarding down the sidewalk. He just shrugged and walked into the store he had parked in front of. Walking through the store he picked up some supplies, mostly ice, some soda and a six-pack of beer, he noticed that they didn't even have that many employees. Max walked up to the counter and set his items down, the cashier just looked at him like Max had just desecrated a grave. As soon as the drinks and ice were payed for he was out of there, heading to his car and opening the trunk to add his drinks to his cooler after putting the ice in. Max closed the cooler and then the trunk and began to drive out of the town but as soon as he started to cross the line, his car stalled.
Roleplay Experience: about 12 years, started on forums stayed there for a while, moved on to mocospace and I am now here on Tumblr.
Activity Level: (1-10 and reason why, if you like) 5-8 (depends on rl and what I’m doing in my other RPGS but I do my best to be as active as possible plus if I'm ever needed all my profiles/blogs are listed on my personal)
Character wanted: Dahlia Everett
Extra background you’d like to add to character (if any): Uh, none right now I’ll probably have a better feel for her when I play around with her for a while…
Para Sample: (at least 2 paragraphs)
An obnoxiously loud laugh emitted from the slim blonde as she clapped her hands, laughing at a joke that wasn’t all that funny to begin with. Wearing a maroon colored tank top, fitting jeans, brown boots to match the suede brown jacket that was hanging on her chair behind the man who occupied the chair. Her blonde locks rolled forward into her face as she continued to laugh before taking a drink of her beer, spilling some only making her laugh some more, leaning back against the man whose lap she sat in. It was more than obvious she was wasted but that didn’t stop Dahlia Everett, it never did.
Suddenly she was all but yanked from the man’s lap and haled to her feet. Dal stumbled and swayed drunkenly as her older sister pulled her away from the group of men she had been drinking with. Dal glared at her sister and jerked away roughly, staggering backwards and bumping into the table.
“Leav’me alone Liv… I don’ need your ‘elp.” She slurred and waved her hand at the somewhat taller blonde in front of her.
Dahlia slumped some against the table, her balance completely thrown off from all that she had consumed. Groaning slightly she staggered back and bumped into the man who she had been snogging earlier. The whole table and those around it joined together in laughing at her but she didn’t care, they could all fuck off for all she cared. It was the steadying hold of her sister that somewhat cleared the twenty-three year olds mind a bit to realize that she was being escorted to the door and Olivia was lecturing her. Not that Dal could completely hear what her sister was saying, her head was too fuzzy and she was too drunk to understand speech at that moment. But Dal had more than an idea of what was being said.
“Oh shuddup Liv! I’ve ‘eard it a million times… I’m fine, just leav’me alone! I’ll get ‘ome on my own.” Dal retorted to whatever Olivia had said to her.
It really wasn’t any use; Dahlia was too intoxicated to really weave her words intelligently to lash out at her sister in a hurtful manner. She would just have to do so when she had complete function of her brain the next day, that is if she even remembered anything.
Anything Else?: Maia gave me permission to use Olivia a little bit in my para example, since Olivia is her character <3
Bio: Is the only member of Potentia with doubts about the actions of the group. Andrew is constantly testing his loyalty, with which Angela has to sometimes interfere to keep her brother from harm. Erick is conflicted, with his desire to stay close to his sister butting heads with his indecisiveness about being a member of Potentia. Not only that, but he has feelings for Adrienne, but since she is loyal to Andrew, this adds to the complication of the situation. All these things make it difficult for him because his power is fairly useful to Andrew, and were he to leave, there could be dire consequences for him and his sister.
Job: Owns a cafe which is popular in town. This gets her all sorts of gossip and word of mouth to pass on to Elise and Andrew. Underneath is a hidden chamber which serves as a holding place for sacrifice victims when those times arrive.
Personality: Violent, cold, vindictive
Bio: Having never known her parents, Angela grew up an orphan with her brother. Since she had to raise Erick alone, and had no parental or moral figures to guide her, she grew cynical towards all, except for him. When she and Erick were in their teens, they realized they both had powers, and soon they attracted the attention of Andrew who offered them a place in his organization. Angela accepted wholeheartedly, having a vast amount of hatred for the world. Her brother on the other hand, was a bit apprehensive, but leaving Angela was not an option for him, so he stayed. Angela is constantly having to cover for him and his indecisiveness.
Job: The sort of woman with her fingers in a lot of pies. Primarily she runs the secretarial office at the church, and in her 'downtime' she sits in on the school board, and a constant presence at town-hall meetings and councils.
Bio: A bit of a spit-fire and a very saucy one at that, Elise met Andrew when they were in their youth, and she has been his right hand for the majority of the atrocious acts he’s inflicted upon people. She, under Andrew's orders, has been assisting Adrienne in keeping the mayor and his son influenced, as well as acting as a mentor to her because they have similar powers. Adrienne is somewhat close to Elise, seeing her as a mother figure and looking up to everything that she is, mostly due to her brainwashing as a child.

Character wanted: Eddie Harris
Job: Runs the local hardware store with Sam.
Extra background you’d like to add to character (if any):
Para Sample: Eddie loved parties, it was one of the few places he'd see her. Dahlia Everett. When his dad found out how many parties he went to though and wasn't happy about it? He started to go to more and more of them just to spite his father. Whenever he found out Dahlia was going to certain parties though, Eddie made sure to make an appearance. Tonight there was a house party being held at some random guys place. Eddie showed up dressed casually and ready to see whatever Dahlia was wearing herself on this night.
He walked into the house and the place was loud, which was expected, but this seemed even more rowdy than usual. There was that musty smell that surely meant there was mold somewhere, or people were doing more than just partying. Eddie walked over to the drink counter and got himself a light beer. He wasn't completely stupid, there was no way in hell he'd ever drink so much he couldn't walk home. Eddie's dad would kill him if he saw found out that his son had passed out drunk, ass in the air and face to the ground, on the sidewalk.
Anything Else?: I am an artist. I draw, sculpt, work in photoshop and am currently working on becoming a comic book artist along with movie and tv show concept artist. I also do voices and want to get into voice work along with doing.
Bio: Aaron grew up in Servisse and like most of the townspeople, is under the influence of the Thrall. Despite his dry and sometimes dark humor, he genuinely cares about his hometown and wants to help the people there—an urge that brought him to work at the Servisse Police Department. The influence of the thrall isn’t quite as strong on Aaron as on some people in higher positions of power, but he still can’t see the havoc Potentia is wreaking on the town, nor can he remember his wife that mysteriously went missing some years ago.
Bio: The thrall that is over the Servisse is his doing. Steadily, year after year, Andrew has been responsible for terrible acts in many small towns. Servisse is only one of many towns that have fallen under such unfortunate situations. His powers along with his use of Adrienne’s and Elise’s powers have managed to keep the townspeople ignorant for almost a decade. He and Adrienne have an...odd relationship. She is his adopted daughter, however, not being much for fatherly affection, he considers her firstly a tool to be used for his benefit, and lastly, if at all, his child. He may call her daughter when he speaks to her, but he never means it.
