Wait... pregnant... Egg... Father... but how did this...? He stared at Stella in almost disbelief. This was so sudden...? How was he... 

Nilos reached out a hand to touch her extended stomach, but froze before touching it... almost like he was afraid too. Sure, he’d seen Eggs before, but he’d never really held one. Niki’s babies had already hatched by the time he met them, and he never held Aura’s Egg... were they fragile? What if he broke it? 

He had to remind himself it’s not even laid yet, and gave a slow nod, “A-an Egg.” Whelp, he was terrified. But still, he looked up at her face, and gave her a soft smile, “T-that’s great news Stella! I... when are you going to... y-you know?”

Okay but like, does the Pokémon world have spaying programs? Is Bob Barker out there telling people to spay or neuter their Pokés? Are they offered at Poké Centers as a service? Is it common/expected for “pet” Pokémon to be spayed while trainer/breeder Pokémon don’t have that same expectation? Is there a stigma around spaying certain breeds? Do some Pokémon have a reproductive system that makes it impossible to neuter them? Are the Poké Center services done pro bono for trainers? Is a Pikachu gonna be up and about the same day as the procedure while the Tyranitar one room down is gonna cost some poor kid five thousand dollars and a six-month prescription for pain meds????

Of course he does! He has 5 adorable Nieces and Nephews, the two adorable great-niece and nephews from Koma and Skye,  miscarried great-niece/nephew, and another great niece or nephew on the way from Aura and Kekoa! 

Of course he knows … it’s just… hard to imagine it happening to him.

Who says he’s comfortable around them now? He’s not comfortable around anyone until he gets to know them - especially women. He was abused far worse by women then men while he was growing up not to be.

Keyword though, until he get’s to know them.

Nilos was slightly wary about this whole thing.

“...I shall talk to my sister. If she wishes, she can take Self Defense Classes while on the clock, as apart of ‘work safe’... therefore, bypassing the cost of the classes.“ Again, that was up to his sister though, since the girl in question was employed by her, not him.

(( Oh yeah! I forgot to add! I’ve been planning this for quite awhile now, but this move will formally take place on my vacation coming up! Around March 22, Shii and Nikita are planning their own, private Wedding between them, with just the kids there, and then Niki formally takes on the Yawa name, and moves over to her husband’s blog. ))

(( Their plan is to have a quiet, small wedding, until everyone is home and safe, and then they plan to have a larger, more official one with family and friends! But this small event will be the official move! Again, have a great day everyone! ))
