A doodle comic without Gladstone? Or words? Or sound effects?! Shocking.
Anyway I did it completely left handed so go me :P
Masterpost with all the duck doodle comics I’ve made here!
Are you comfortable there…? …sure?
Can you imagine them trying this on the throne? via @plan3tgr33n
The White Raven: Not so rare as one would think, interesting facts in the picture (above). I wonder if it’s possible to have one as a pet? Or an even more interesting thought, what did the Norsemen think if they came across one of these?.
This is my favourite post yet, I love this with the White Raven.
wow thanks
“The Wolf who Swallowed the Sun“
My rendition of Sköll, who is said to chase the Sun every day in the hopes of devouring her. Done while watching a playthrough of Hellblade.
Comic of the beasts of burden in Norse Mythology. (‘cause why ride plain old horses).
What the Norse Gods Actually Looked Like (Probably)
Thought I’d put these all in one post just to make promoting it easier. For more detailed descriptions on the thought process for each one, see the individual posts below.
Odin: You’re smiling. Did something happen? Loki: Can’t I just smile because I feel like it? Thor: Heimdall tripped and fell on the Bifrost.

Velkomin, vinir mínir! (Welcome, my friends!)
I have made some serious revisions to the (Family) Saga List that I made once upon a time. Many of you are already familiar with that list (likely from this post), but even so, this one has much more to offer! It really is an entirely new list in several ways: revised preface, new location, new format, new organization, additional information, etc. I am confident that this list will not only be easier to use, but also more practical for fellow historians and academics. I will, of course, be constantly revising this list and its content, but I highly encourage all of you sagas fans out there to check out this new edition of The Sagas and Where to Find Them!
Skál! 🇮🇸 (Cheers!)
