the ULTIMATE guide to fasts
okay this is unhealthy and i really don’t want you to do this often but i’ll let u in on a secret.
this is my fast routine
it’s best to start on a monday..
eat whatever u want (under 1000 cal probably) because ur about to fast for a while
weight yourself. according to my last fast i was starting at 109
stay up ALL NIGHT this is important
go to school/work and don’t eat (it’s easy to not eat there, just don’t bring food) but drink water as needed.
after school, get ur shit done )homework and whatever…) and go to sleep. no eating just sleep.
when u wake up, it will be the next day, because u needed to catch up on sleep.
again, go to school/work, continue not eating. they always say that the first day is the hardest, well it’s the second, it should be easy.
after school, get ur shit done, stay busy, you shouldn’t be hungry. you should feel light and only heavy after chugging water (the water weight will fall off after sleep)
repeat for a few days (is say 3 days, 5 max)
you may have the urge to not start eating after this, because you are doing so well. so i recommend having liquid calories to help u out on that…
drink ur calories on the last day, so that the next day u can go back to minimal eating.
weigh yourself, after my 2 day fast from being 108 i went down to 105. (3 pounds)
when breaking the fast, don’t eat something like candy, or a meal. eat something small that’ll make u feel better but not continuously hungry. like a rice cake..
then slowly move to ur normal intake (normal can be 100 cal-1000 cal, whatever u do boo)
also including my STAR tip
watch food challenges on youtube(NOT MUKBANGS, because these people eat what they want and stop when they want. FOOD CHALLENGES show peoples guilt and fullness and it doesn’t make u crave the food) and just continuously chug water when they’re eating the food. i watch erik the electric on youtube, he does 10,000+ cal challenges and i crave tacos a lot so i watch his taco challenges and chug water. u can taste it through the water because he shows the food and you can see him eat and see his guilt. ALSO he talks a lot in the beginning and end but not in the eating portion, and it helps create patience for food to watch the entire videos.
other tips i use:
DIET COKE IS UR BEST FRIEND, I HAVE NEVER GAINED WEIGHT NOT EVEN A .1 POUND FROM DRINKING IT.
just sleep, i’m always tired because of my anxiety meds so it’s easy for me, but you work hard so you’re probably tired too. just sleep!! the hunger will go away
remember that once u see the number go down, it gets easier. the first day of a fast may be hard… but towards the end, whats hard is going back to “normal”

• pinch your ear/lobe when you get hungry
• waterwaterwaterwater
• chew on ice while watching food ASMR
• write everything in blue pen
•stare at anything in blue
• eat in front of a mirror (if you DO end up eating)
• light a candle
• drink zero vitamin water
• drink tea
• tums chewables- I usually only have three and that’s only if I’ve had a lot of coffee and I have heartburn anyways lol
• cough drops
• distract yourself (I usually draw or do homework because I can spend a lot of time on it)
• take a shower (I’m onna them cold water peeps)
• listen to music- dance and sing
• lemon water when you wake up and before you go to sleep
• look in the mirror before a shower- look at yourself and tell yourself you can do it and remember why you want to lose weight
• when you eat after your fast plug your nose so it doesn’t taste like anything and you get bored of it

food is fuel and nothing more
you’re not hungry, just bored/ stressed/ hormonal
you feel better when you’re empty
your next meal will fill you up faster if you don’t snack
snacking is a slippery slope to a binge
eating too much will lead to over use of laxatives
you are stronger than food

If you want to lose weight fast and be skinny fast you have to be willing to put in work. Quit making lame ass excuses and put some fucking effort into it. Now quit your bitching and get the fuck up and do some jumping jacks. Do a full fucking workout while you’re at it, unless you actually enjoy sitting around being a useless chubby waste of space. AND quit pretending lemon water and green tea will make all of this fat magically disappear on it own, pig.

Heart
