It's starting to get annoying when searching for Wheeljack, you get slapped with this cowboy "sunshine~" personality. HE HAS OTHER PERSONALITY.
❗❗ HOW TO ADD COSMETICS TO YOUR HOUSE CATS AND SPECIAL STRAYS ❗❗
Hello everyone! For whoever has been having fun with spawning special miniboss strays I'm sure you have been annoyed with the fact your kitty doesn't come with their special cosmetic/armor item when spawned with the console or if found normally. No worries! i shall come to the rescue!
vvv Here's how to display your kitty's iconic armor pieces in your house vvv
First thing first, you'll need to spawn your preferred kitty. I'll be using my favorite miniboss Morana as an example
To do so, you need to enable the Debug console. Here's a tutorial on how to do that:
Once enabled, you'll need to type in the command:
spawn_custom_stray followed by the name your desired cat is named in the game files. For Morana, it is NecroCat. You can find the list online or by messing around with typing stuff in the console. Every miniboss has a name like TinkererCat , MedicCat , HunterCat , etc. Pebbles is Pebbles
You can also spawn the champion or robotic version of every miniboss cat by typing their name followed by _Champion or _Terminator , so for Morana it would be NecroCat_Terminator . The champion bit also goes for every other spawnable enemy stray.
Next, you want to spawn their armor piece. Every miniboss has one, and for Morana it is her skull mask. It doesn't boost any stat, but some armor does give little buffs.
To do that, you just need to type in:
ObtainItem followed by the name that the armor piece is referred to in the game files. For Morana's mask, it is NecromancerMask.

Every miniboss armor has an alternative with the _Terminator tag, since the robotic version of them can also be spawned. This list also includes C-800's sunglasses.
NOTE! By using the ObtainItem command, the item will be added to your backpack at the start of a new run. You will not see it in your inventory
IMPORTANT NOTE! Beware of the capitals! if you don't type in the names with the right capital letters, the command will not work
Here's your special stray! When spawned, it will have a random name and stats/abilities. To change their name, stats and moveset you can use a save editor or the Mewgenics Kitty Editor
Next thing to do is equip the armor. so get that kitty (or kitties, if you are dealing with multiples) on an adventure and equip their item once the run has started
Your next step is to... kill the cat. Yep! Once the item is equipped, you'll need to let your cat go KO. Make sure the corpse doesn't get destroyed!
Now that the cat is dead, we can use a Save Editor to bring it back to life. if you don't have one, you can dowload it here
Just open the Save editor after injecting your save file, look up the cat of your interest and set their Life State from Dead to OK
The cat will still have it's respective item/s equipped, even at death, and if you start a new run with them their equipped items will be Used, and will have a 50% chance of breaking when completing the run
Now that your cats are alive again, they'll be retired and have the little retirement crowns own. To Remove the crowns, just go back to the Save Editor and select Un-Retire for your desired cat. This will set them back to Collarless if they had a collar and remove their crowns
And there you go! your cats are now pretty and well equipped! If they have any injury due to their dying like my Marshmallow there... just put them in your Health Room until they heal. which i hope you have. How else have you been curing injuries ?
