Oh, well, that’s attractive of me. I had a s-salad earlier, it’s nothing w-weird!
It is very. And it captures attention so you do not have to do as much. Yes there's nothing wrong with eating salad. But were you in a rush?

Oh, well, that’s attractive of me. I had a s-salad earlier, it’s nothing w-weird!
It is very. And it captures attention so you do not have to do as much. Yes there's nothing wrong with eating salad. But were you in a rush?
I d-do? Oh, my God, is it a bug or s-something?
Yes, but it's no bug. It looks like mustard, maybe mayo, salad dressing? What were you up to?
Excuse me, you have a little something on your face..
I turned away for three minutes...
That is the most logical solution. Why yes and no? Do you seek to drive me mad before Christmas, my love?
I figured you would say that much. I did not specifically teach him, though there is a chance that it is my fault. Yes, I wish for you to be insane in time for our next Christmas, Satoshi's birthday, an everything else in between.
I turned away for three minutes...
It is probably magic… Did you teach him this, my dear?
I believe it is.. Yes and no, love.
Severine. What are you doing here?
To check on you, it's been awhile. Then again it is partially my fault, do you mind the company?
Hello? Who’s there?
An old friend..
I turned away for three minutes...
…and Satoshi turned blue…
I still don’t know how he turned blue either.
I do not know could be magic..

Wynter smiled genuinely at her wide smile. That was a smile he loved. When she was so happy that there was no doubt of it: she lit up so wonderfully… He touched her cheek. “You are…so beautiful, mo bhean álainn.” She was, in his eyes. Beautiful and perfectly imperfect. Satoshi whined as he was put back in his seat, feeling afraid once more. His grip on her hand was as tight as he could manage. Wynter bit his lip and met her eyes in the mirror. “He was locked in a small closet when I found him… On the day his father shot his mother, and blood was everywhere…” And that was why he was so sensitive, Wynter believed.
Beaming, Severine looked away from Wynter. Not at the fact that she was shy- she adored the way he looked at her. She simply hid away the rosy pink cheeks that managed to burn brightly because of him. Looking back at him once again, she felt herself captivated by his smile, infatuated with the way the pool of his eyes sparkled and his cheeks bones lifted- he was truly something to look at when he was all smiles. She stared at him innocently as his fingers lightly coursed across her cheek, with traces of her smile still in existence. "It is nothing compared to your radiance, ya amar." Taking his hand in hers, she brushed her lips across the skin before turning it over and placing a gentle kiss in the center of his palm. Though he often told her of her beauty, she was more beguiled with him as a whole. Ya amar was an accurate name for her beloved since he reminded her of the moon. With it's many faces but endless glow- he was flawed in the most perfect of ways. Desperately Severine wanted to lift Satoshi out of his car seat, but she did not want to risk making him feel even more so uncomfortable. In the way her gripped her thumb told her that he wanted to be held, and yet there was little she could do. There were no changes of clothes in the car, nor any perfume bottles lingering in the corners.
Her face fell in hearing Satoshi's story with an ample amount of questions clouding her already cluttered mind. Why would his father shoot his mother? How could one lock him in the closet? And how did Wynter ever manage to find him? A small knot formed in her stomach, her gaze towards their child. "For one that will not remember, you bear a troublesome past..." She sighed softly and looked up at Wynter. "But his future will be one to remember. Reaching onto the floor of his car, Severine pulled out a few bay wipes and tried to mask the scent of the blood that latched on to her skin. She smeared some of the lotion onto her arms and neck before picking him out of the seat again, hoping it would do some good until they reached their destination.

Wynter gave a weak chuckle and kissed her cheek. He appreciated her effort, honestly, but he was admittedly scared for her. Scared for all of them, because he didn’t know what he would do if anything happened to her. For better or worse, she was one of the biggest pieces of his life now, and he didn’t regret it. “And I will treasure you in every life, from here until the end of Time itself.” He smiled gently and nodded. “You have a point, mo bhean álainn.” Satoshi murmured and cuddled into Severine, his tiny hands fisting into her clothes. Wynter flicked his gaze to the mirror and frowned lightly. “He…might smell the blood…” He hadn’t told anyone what had happened, how he’d found his son, but he knew without a doubt that Satoshi would forever hate small, dark places and the scent of blood.
Her smile went from cheek to cheek when he kissed her there, feeling a warm sensation burning where his lips had previously brushed past. She didn't expect him to roll over in laughter, but he humored her which was better then nothing. There was an underlying sense of fear the Wynter carried around and Severine knew that her current situation didn't help in alleviation. However, she could try and that was something she never got tried of doing. Severine nodded her head in agreement with their small promise, more the positive that they would meet again. "See, there is excitement in mystery and love, lots of love." She looked down at Satoshi who finally managed to relax and blew away at his cheeks. Her gaze shot up at the mirror, her green eyes meeting Wynter's. Her expression paralyzed, but she knew better. Without a proper shower there was no way to rid her of the scent of blood that seeped out of her- even with the aid of Satoshi's baby wipes. Looking down at him again, Severine exhaled deeply before placing him safely back inside the car seat. Once he was adjusted, she locked her thumb into the palm of his hand, hoping he wouldn't mind. "Our son..he is a sensitive one-yes?"

Wynter cradled her to him, and with her in his arms, it was like the world was okay again. It wasn’t great yet, she still had blood on her, as did he, but it was okay. It was going to get better… Or at least, he hoped so. He looked at her. “I want you here, with me and ‘Toshi, for however long you will stay, mo bhean álainn.” He looked at her hand curiously, and then leaned into her touch, treasuring it. He kissed her back and then gave a tiny smile. “I am trying to figure out how I became the luckiest man in the world.” Satoshi whimpered and reached for one of their hands, it didn’t matter whose.
Severine looked up at Wynter and made a funny face, trying to get him to laugh as well. It was the only thing that was missing- that and Satoshi smiling along with the two of them. She was in love with her family and was determined to move mountains just so all of them could be happy. She would make this right- she had to. "I will stay forever. Each of our lifetimes, I will be near you. As friends, comrades; it does not make a difference to me. Severine blushed when his soft lips touched hers again. "Do not spend so much time, otherwise we will miss out on the magic." Severine frowned slightly as Satoshi continued to snivel. Rather then take his hand, she took him out of the car seat and held him close to her. She then took off her sari and lightly draped him with it, rocking him gently in her arms. "What is causing you so much heart my little one?"

Wynter watched her again and held her tightly, wanting to keep her safe from everything, herself included. He shook his head. “I know not, anata, but… I wish you would stay.” He kissed her forehead gently and then he drew back, looking at her hands. After a moment, he touched her right fist, wondering why he had to choose one. Satoshi made a noise and cuddled in. He was scared by the way Wynter was asking and needed to know what was wrong. He sniffed in his seat, until Wynter started the car.
Severine rested against Wynter and relaxed feeling more and more at ease as the time slowly progressed. She wanted to just hide from the world, her and her family, so that nothing could go wrong. But even then the paranoia would still lurk- so would it be worth it. Nevertheless, she found comfort in her man's arms and wrapped hers around his so he would feel the same. "I am yours, ya amar. Where it is you want me is where I shall be." Severine closed her eyes as he kissed her forehead, only to open them as he drew away. She opened the palm of her right hand to reveal nothing. Though she ran it gently through his hand and across his cheek, palming as though he were a precious gem of some sort. She then kissed him gingerly before tilting her head to the side. "I am still trying to figure out how I ended up to be the luckiest girl in this small town of ours." Sitting beside him, Severine sung to him in Welsh- all feeble attempts to keep him at ease.
Never
I wish it was temporary but it never seems to completely leave my mind or my heart. Obviously I was not enough to keep her here. Severine I am tired, you say it is not like me to just give up and you are right with most things I have not but this, this has brought me nothing but pain every damn time. What am I supposed to do? Just give meself away again to ‘ave this happen…
For now it will sting the most, but eventually everything will cease. You kept her here for as long as you could- here's hope of her return. You learn and try again.
Never
No but having my heart broken again I do not think I could survive, it is not worth this pain. She just left one morning, I was sleeping, the night before had been perfect. All she left was a note that said she was going to America to be with her brother and that I should…
Find another…I just wish I knew what in life I did to deserve this now. After all this time of not trying and not wanting to be that close to someone. I try and this happens.
Heartbreak is a temporary pain- unwelcome, but crucial. You've done nothing and blaming yourself will not make it any easier. And so you will enclose yourself once more like a ball?
Never
I have given up the notion all together. Once again I am left to wonder what I did to deserve what I got. How have you been?
You are not one to give up- it is not in your nature. And what hand have you been dealt? I have seen better days, but now is not my turn to tell stories.
Never
Thirty years old and I am so done with romantic relationships…
It is funny. Just when I strike the nerve to propose- you manage to shut me down before I could ask. My old friend, what's the matter?
