Thing thatâs (technically) not a method but made me shift instantly
Itâs called âchanging the goalâ? I guess? Let me just input the step-by-step then explain what happened:
1) Pick a goal that isnât shifting. The goal for this method isnât shifting, which is why itâs not a method at all. Daydream about your DR, listen to music and lip-sync in your head, make up a scenario, do whatever you want, because thatâs what youâre going to âtryâ to do. Not shifting.
2) The idea is that your âmission accomplishedâ is just the goal that you chose. That way, you canât finish it and say âah fuck it didnât work, so I failed.â
3) Focus only on that goal, and do it until you feel done. For example, if your goal was just to visualize this scenario that happens in your DRâ after you visualize it, youâre done. Mentally check it off: goal accomplished.
Now, if youâre the type who canât possibly let yourself do this knowing your âgoalâ wasnât actually shifting to your DR, and you basically did nothing, hear me out:
So something fortuitous happened (in hindsight). I struggled to shift for 2 nights! But it had nothing to do with my ability or my methods not working (I wasnât even trying, lbr). The problem was my sleep schedule was so catastrophically fucked that the second my back touched the mattress, I dropped every shred of intention or desire to shift and just knocked out cold. Then Iâd wake up in the morning annoyed, like âUggh, I canât believe I chose sleep over shifting.â
And then, last night, I was watching my younger sibling play one of their car racing video games, the kind where you need gold to unlock the next level (this story will make sense in a minute, bear with me).
They claimed to have been at it all afternoon, grinding, determined to cross the finish line first. But no matter how hard they pushed for it, they kept failing. As I watched them, at one point, they were so close (nearly at the finish line in first place) when another car knocked them all the way down to last place again.
They paused the game, tears welling in their eyes, saying they tried so hard, got so far, and still ended up at the bottom. They were ready to rage quit, to toss the controller on the ground and walk away.
But then I took the controller before they could, wiped their tears, told them to drink some water, breathe, and let the frustration dissipate. When they calmed down, I told them not to quit the race, to go back in. Not to claw their way to tenth place, not to try to win, but just to finish. Because they had already made it so far in that race, so why not cross the line, even if they were dead last?
And more than that: why not just enjoy the game? I reminded them how lucky they are to even be sitting here with a game this good, in this moment, able to have fun.
They agreed to play for fun, and unpaused the game. But were no longer obsessed with the outcome, just playing for the sake of it.
And then it happened!! Without trying, they overtook every car, one by one, and crossed the finish line in first place.
Afterwards they stared at the screen, bewildered, and asked âHow the fuck did I do that? How did you know?â
And of course I told them I was a witch.
But what I realized in that moment was this: The opportunity to come in first place is permanent, immovable, always waiting for you. The period that trips people up is the grind, the frustration, the obsession with getting it right now, and that pressure is what makes people rage quit.
That pressure is what steals the joy and places this invisible distance between you and your desire. But if the win is already guaranteed, if itâs already sitting there in the future with your name on it, then why would you even try?
So I went home and figured: if Iâm struggling to shift, why not stop trying altogether? My core intention to shift isnât going anywhere; itâs always there, in the background. So why keep forcing it in the exact moment my body is clearly resisting?
And then I tried something new. I let go of the active intention to shift (because itâd always be there), and replaced it with four shiny new goals. So I put on my music playlist to fight off sleep, and I wrote a little checklist in my notebook. Four boxes:
â Feel happy about my DR, that it exists.
â Feel happy about the opportunity to shift right now.
â Feel happy I even have the ability to shift in the first place.
â Daydream about what Iâm going to eat when I get back to my DR next time (big back activities, sue me)
And that ended up becoming the method itself,, just having different goals altogether, and getting lost in my thoughts.
Somewhere in the middle of that, I slipped into hypnagogia (violently, okay, I violently slipped into hypnagogia). It was the usual mind awake, body asleep thing that carries me into shifting. Next thing I knew, I opened my eyes in my DR.
And I keep turning it over in my headâwhy it happened the way it did. Because, sure, my base intention was still to shift, that never really goes away, but in that moment I wasnât trying to shift. I was doing something else entirely.
That night, I just wanted to feel good that my DR even exists, that shifting is possible for me at all. So I sat with my thoughts, letting myself enjoy the music, daydream about the cool stuff waiting for me there, and I actively chose to do only that. Shifting wasnât even on the table anymore.
!!! And I donât think the takeaway here is âjust let go, stop trying, and eventually youâll shift.â I hate that sm. As if you can ever âlet goâ of the desire to shift. Honestly, itâs not even what happened. Because I still wanted to shift. That desire was still in the background. But what I was doing in that moment wasnât a shifting attempt at all,,it was this completely different thing, with its own purpose, and its own finish line.
I had shifted my focus to getting that done, and because I was so intent on this other goal, shifting got demoted to background noise. And that made me cool with whatever happened. Like, even if I fell asleep, even if nothing happened, I still hit my target for the night, so there was no way to âfail.â
And thatâs the part I think is worth sharing. Itâs not âgive up and youâll magically shift,â itâs more like: sometimes, swap the thing youâre chasing. If your current shifting attempt is all about âI must shift right now,â try making the attempt about something else entirely, like daydreaming in detail about your DR, or listening to music, or literally anything else like meditating, building a scene in your head, etc. Because when you make that the win, shifting stops being this desperate pass/fail trial.
Let yourself win, let yourself win more often, create victories for yourself that arenât tied to whether or not you open your eyes in your DR.
Because bottom line.....youâre never going to see your shift coming. Even if youâre the kind of person who scripts it all out, does a method perfectly, and then wakes up in your DR,, there will still be that surprise, that moment of âholy shit, it actually happened.â It might feel natural, but it will never feel predictable.
And thatâs the point. You canât know if youâll shift tonight, or tomorrow, or next week, but you do know that youâre going to shift either way. The only thing you do know is that itâs coming.
Itâs already yours
No matter the circumstance or how impossible it seems, the answer will always be the same: itâs already yours.
Why? Because the second you claim it, it exists. Creation is finished.
Worried about time, itâs already yours. Stressed about the 3d, itâs already yours. Confused about methods, itâs already yours. Not sure if youâre doing it right, itâs already yours.
And even when you doubt, itâs still yours. Even when you wonder, âwhere is it?â itâs already done.
The truth doesn't cancel your doubt or depend on your mood. What is yours is yours. Always.
Drill this into your head. Be stubborn about it until knowing it is done feels like a part of who you are. This isnât just a comforting phrase or a way to soothe you, it is the truth.

a new perspective & some tough love for any of you who have ever worried about the law not being real, being scared to fully accept your desire, worried it wonât happen, or feeling like nothing is working. đ€
law of assumption is always working. no matter what. part of you may feel like when youâre not focusing on the law or when youâre not talking about it it goes on pause but it does not. you can go a day forgetting it exists, a week, months, even years⊠it doesnât matter. itâs still there. itâs still doing its job. youâre still assuming and shaping your reality. even if youâre not thinking to yourself âokay, im gonna decide this is my reality nowâ you are still deciding again and again and again eternally. freaking out about a certain desire (or the lack of it in your reality) is assuming that you do not have it and keeping you in that cycle of feeling like itâs not yours which will only continue to keep you in the version of reality where you do not have what you want.Â
itâs simple, really, itâs like when youâre at a coffee shop and you know you want the chai latte. when youâre about to place your order, you worry it might take a long time, that you want it in 5 minutes but it might take 15, or that theyâll get your order wrong, or that maybe they ran out of chai, or the barista will laugh in your face about what youâre ordering. and you stay there thinking over and over all the million possibilities of how your order could go wrong instead of just ordering your damn chai latte! you told yourself you wanted your chai latte by 10:15, and you got there at 10:05. but you sat around racking in your mind all the bad possibilities (or generally just forgetting youâre literally at the cafe already) and you check your watch and itâs now 11:30. youâre so scared of wasting time, yet the âtimeâ youâre so scared to waste, has already been wasted. because youâre too scared to just place your order.
except, when it comes to the law of assumption, there is no wait time. time does not exist. youâre scared the law wonât work but you spend so much energy scaring yourself into not doing anything to deal with your anxiety. but the thing is, you donât even have to accept your anxiety. that itself is an assumption. all you have to do is realize everything you accept as true has no choice but to be true. itâs that simple. itâs a perfect formula, it cannot fail. there are no exceptions. ZERO!Â
you did not âfailâ to manifest the outcome you wanted. you successfully manifested the âbadâ one. you were just so scared of the wrong outcome, that you accepted that without even realizing you had accepted it as true. you kept repeating it to yourself every single time you thought about the good outcome, and that is what you decided was your truth. the 10 hour saturation sessions donât matter when the first thing you tell yourself after them is âitâs probably not gonna happenâ or âwhat if the bad thing happens?â or anything of the sort.  that is what you accepted.
youâre so scared of simply ACCEPTING what you DO want that youâre giving so much power to the negative outcome you fear so much and all the âtimeâ and âenergyâ youâre scared to âwasteâ on the outcome you want âin case it doesnât happenâ is exactly WHY itâs not happening. stop telling yourself the outcome you do not want. stop even entertaining it. it is not possible. it will not happen. it cannot happen. the only reason it can happen is because YOU allow it to.
you know what you want. accept it. that is all you have to do.Â

basically compiling all the daily practices i stay consistent with to manifest my dream life and MORE! ⥠scripting đ
‷ i personally use notion to script!! i use notion to organize almost everything in my life, itâs MY BABYYY!!!! đ„čđ«¶ i have a master page for manifestation alone, and within that, i have a master page for my âbetter crâ reality: my crowned cognition: princesscore neuropsychologist reality! on this page, i have pages and subpages of scripts for different aspects of my reality that i want to manifest!
iâd love to go a bit more in-depth on how i organize all things manifestation/reality shifting on my notion: scripts, manifestation resources, notes as i study different manifestation-related topics, etc. so stay tuned!! i just need to revamp it a bit and update it to be extra organized and aesthetic LOL đ€
‷ my scripts are formatted with headers (also written as affirmations), and bullet point affirmations underneath them! i personally script in first person, present or past tense (to really collapse timelines to my subconscious), and i love using emotional anchoring (manifesting via feeling) and very visual affirmations to help me visualize key moments relevant to my desires and encode them as memory, as fact. i like to incorporate all 5 senses, or at least most of them, when i can in the visualization affirmations to further solidify every aspect of those key moments.
(name of this dr might change with time if my desires ever evolve but this is the vibe for now! i anticipate the core stuff with mainly be the same bc itâs so deeply aligned w who i am but ANYWAYY LOL)
⥠recording + looping affirmation tapes/rampages đ§
‷ after scripting for a desire, iâll typically record myself reading the affirmation script out loud on my voice memo app, and then turn it into an affirmation tape to loop! i like to speed it up to 1.5x max (just so the file is shorter but the affirmations are still consciously coherent and understandable) and add ambient water sounds + theta frequency (~4-7 hZ) under it!
theta frequencies help you directly access + program your subconscious mind, as theta waves are the brainwaves associated with that subconscious-open state (think hypnagogic state) đ«¶ thatâs also why i use theta frequencies in my subliminals!
‷ then, iâll listen to those affirmation tapes/rampages (usually the personal ones i write and record for myself, but sometimes i listen to rampages from youtube!)
‷ for youtube rampages, i especially love high frequency guru!
‷ i also love listening to these affirmation tapes/rampages when i just wake up and am still coming out of the hypnagogic state (where your subconscious mind is particularly impressionable and receptive, as your conscious filters arenât fully there yet since youâre not entirely awake and alert in this drowsy state) to program my mind! (or when iâm winding down for sleep and am also accessing the hypnagogic state) âš additionally, i loop them throughout the day whenever i have the capacity to <3
whenever iâm doing something that doesnât necessarily require a lot of conscious, narrative brain power (ex. scrolling social media, doing my skincare, etc.), i like to loop these to fill my mind with the affirmations super passively and effortlessly (but still effective!) <3
⥠making + looping subliminals đ¶
‷ clearly, i LOVE making subliminals (i literally have a whole subliminal channel on youtube, link below!!) đ€ so i use the affirmations tapes mentioned earlier and create a subliminal version! i speed up the affirmations so theyâre not distorted and thereâs no actual pitch change (i just prefer no pitch change lol), and layer different segments of the affirmations, sometimes with a booster! iâll then add frequencies (usually theta) and sound over it!
‷ i make a music version to listen to as i visualize it and get in a high-vibrational state (feeling wise) and just FEELLLL the visualizations, feel what iâd feel if i already had my desire (because i do, now that iâve decided it). feeling is the secret!! emotional anchoring normalizes it to your nervous system and encodes your visualizations as memory, as TRUTH!! AS REALITYYY!!!! and when you are so concrete in your affirmations as fact? reality has no choice but to obey and reflect that. itâs literally just a universal law idk what to tell u đ€đ€
‷ i also make a calm version with water sounds so i can loop them in the background as i do things that might need more conscious, narrative function! things like writing, reading, etc.! đ„č

‷ SATURATE UR MIND WITH UR AFFIRMATIONSSSS!!!! i literally swear by robotic affirmations and itâs for a good reason đ«đ i have a list of current robotic affirmations on notion, and i use the toggle feature to store bullet point robotic affirmations for all my desires/current manifestation focuses!
‷ i affirm them daily: whether mentally or out loud! i affirm them until it feels so normal that itâs like âduh, of course this is already fact LOLLâ you know? it familiarizes my affirmations into assumption, and my manifestations come in RAPID FIREEEE !!!!
‷ one thing with robotic affirmations: make them relatively short (not a full paragraph, or break the paragraph into separate smaller affs) and punchy. use identity-based affirmations and include details and specifics!! đœ
⥠visualization whenever i think of the desire đŒïž
‷ i loveee visualizing to music or while affirming over and over as i feel the euphoric, grateful emotions in my chest to solidify my affirmations into fact! i see and feel EVERYTHING. down to every last detail. i also love visualizing while looking at my vision boards as i listen to affirmation rampages, subs, or am actively affirming!
⥠making it a habit to be consistent with my manifestation studies
‷ as with pretty much anything to some degree, consistency is KEY!! and manifestation is no different (unless u firmly hold an assumption otherwise, but even then u might have had to assume that consistently or do some consistent self concept work to be able to establish that as a strong enough assumption)
in order to further reinforce my trust/faith in myself + the law, as well as expand my knowledge, i always make a point to stay as consistent as i can with my manifestation/metaphysics/spirituality studies!
i stay up to date with recent scientific studies by reading scientific papers + watching scientific videos, reading books related to manifestation/shifting (book recs soon! đ„č), putting on manifestation-related content (mainly tiktoks/youtube vids, current faves include courtney alexis cho and almost anything joe dispenza related), and overall iâm just constantly studying and consuming content related to manifestation.
the more i learn, the more i feel like it really is undeniably, eternally undebunkable and true. this is a real thing!! and i see it reflected in my daily life <3

‷ been intentionally making it more of a habit to revise in real-time when i can, but i always revise everything! âunfavourableâ into good, and good into even BETTER!! i affirm and visualize and FEEL to revise everything in perfect alignment with my desires, and it makes me quantum leap into my desired reality SO FAST!!

This sentence is the simplest way that I could explain manifestation. There is really nothing else to it. You are not seperate from your desire. This isn't something that you have to win and earn. This isn't something you're trying to get. This isn't a competition. It's not about whether you're good enough for it. And this certainly doesn't come with a box of instruction manuals and rules.
You have what you want. Simple as that.
It's already done. Simple as that
Outside isn't your validation. Simple as that.
The end is guaranteed no matter what you see now. Simple as that.
Decide it's yours. Simple as that.
You are the creator of your reality. Simple as that.
Nothing outside of you can affect what you want, no matter what. Simple as that.
Outside circumstances means nothing. Simple as that.
You can have/change anything. Simple as that
You decide, you assume what you want is true. Simple as that.
You have created everything in your life till now, so you can create anything you want as well. Simple as that.
You will not fail. Simple as that.
If you decided that you have it and stay firm in that, you cannot fail. Simple as that.
Refusing to change something means accepting it. Simple as that.
Constantly seeking validation is proving to yourself that you don't have it. Simple as that.
Affirming the whole day and then asking where it is, is proof that you're telling yourself that you don't have it. Simple as that.
It's already done. If you decide so, it's yours. As simple as that.
Whatever it is, whether you have it or not - YOU DECIDE. As simple as that.
How to observe your awareness in your DR (put SUPER simply) + Why âpretendingâ to be in your DR doesnât exist.
Because I still see people who donât understand (which is fine!!) so weâre going to put it in basicccc terms :)
1) Lay down, sit down, get comfortable, close your eyes, yada yada yada. You can listen to music, frequencies, sit/lay in silence, in a noisy environment, none of it matters.
I like do this right before bed/ in the middle of the night/ or in the morning because of hypnagogia/WBTB/hypnopompiaâ but we donât place restrictions on this blog. Nope. Do whatever you want. If youâre shifting to be a fish in the ocean, and feel comfortable flopping around on the floor, do that.
2) Now ask yourself, what the heck are you being aware of right now? Is it your CR all around you? âOh, itâs my CR!â
3) Okay, cool. Now pretend youâre already in your DR. Go: âOoh, Iâm already in my DR. I can sense my DR around me.â
4) Thatâs it.
Congratulations. If you did that, youâre already aware of your awareness in your DR. The difference between âbecoming aware of your awareness in your DRâ and âpretending to be in your DRâ is this:
Youâre not pretending.
You. Are not. Pretending.
Pretending is what little kids do when they dress up like a doctor and poke their friend with a stick because theyâre performing tree branch surgery at recess. No. You are not a child. (Well⊠you might be a child, I donât know.) But youâre shifting realities.
So youâre going to âpretendâ youâre in your DRâbut NOT from the mentality of someone whoâs pretending. Youâre doing it because youâre already there.
Even if you feel like youâre pretending, youâre not. That feeling is just your brain playing catch up.
Itâs like when you first learn to ride a bike without training wheels. You might feel like you're "pretending" to balance, wobbling and confused, but youâre actually doing it. Youâre riding the bike. Your muscles already know. Your body already gets it. Itâs just your mind lagging behind, saying: âHang on, are we really doing this?? Damnâ
Same with shifting. Youâre not ââpretendingââ to be in your DR. Youâre just getting used to how simple and real it already is.
If you become aware of your awareness in your DR from the perspective of someone already there (âPRETENDINGâ)âŠyouâre in your DR.
Even if you open your eyes and see your CR, thatâs an illusion, okay? Itâs that simple. Just âpretendâ youâre already in your DR. But again, itâs not pretending. Keep that in mind.
âPretendingâ to be in your DR doesnât exist!!
Thereâs no such thing as pretending to be in your DR. Like, seriously, what would that even mean??
If youâre âpretendingâ to be in your DR, then youâre literally imagining yourself there, right? You're thinking of what it's like, what you'd be doing, where you'd be, all in the POV of the you whoâs already thereâand that is you becoming aware of your DR.
You donât pretend to be aware. You donât âfakeâ being aware. If you're doing it, you're doing it. Thatâs like saying: âHehe Iâm pretending to notice the color red.â No, youâre noticing red. Done.
âPretendingâ implies youâre separate from it, but the second youâre mentally engaging with your DR as real, you're tuning your awareness to it. Youâre not faking anything. Youâre already there. Your awareness doesnât care what label you slap on it.
So yeah, pretending to be in your DR is just... observing your awareness in your DR. I tell you to focus on your awareness there, because your awareness is all that you are.
Thereâs nothing more to do. Youâre done. Thereâs nothing to fix, chase, unlock, prove, beg. Youâve already arrived. The idea that youâre not there yet is illusion.

If youâre âpretendingâ to be in your DR, then youâre literally imagining yourself there, right? You're thinking of what it's like, what you'd be doing, where you'd be, all in the POV of the you whoâs already thereâand that is you becoming aware of your DR.
You donât pretend to be aware. You donât âfakeâ being aware. If you're doing it, you're doing it. Thatâs like saying: âHehe Iâm pretending to notice the color red.â No, youâre noticing red. Done.
âPretendingâ implies youâre separate from it, but the second youâre mentally engaging with your DR as real, you're tuning your awareness to it. Youâre not faking anything. Youâre already there. Your awareness doesnât care what label you slap on it.
So yeah, pretending to be in your DR is just... observing your awareness in your DR. I tell you to focus on your awareness there, because your awareness is all that you are.
Thereâs nothing more to do. Youâre done. Thereâs nothing to fix, chase, unlock, prove, beg. Youâve already arrived. The idea that youâre not there yet is illusion.

This sentence is the simplest way that I could explain manifestation. There is really nothing else to it. You are not seperate from your desire. This isn't something that you have to win and earn. This isn't something you're trying to get. This isn't a competition. It's not about whether you're good enough for it. And this certainly doesn't come with a box of instruction manuals and rules.
You have what you want. Simple as that.

Ignore the fun police.
If you like it, order your steak well done. Get your bagel toasted with jam and butter. Put ice in your scotch and ketchup on your hotdog. Get red wine with fish and white with steak. Who cares?
If you want to, listen to pop music. Watch blockbuster popcorn flicks. Read dime store novels. Enjoy them.
Dye your hair or cut it off. Paint your fingernails blue. Wear whatever the fuck you want on your own time (ie, when not at a job or school or whatever where you can get penalized for breaking rules) as long as you arenât like welding or shoveling snow.
Anyone who tries to tell you youâre wrong? Say âokayâ and go back to what you were doing. Youâre not hurting them by enjoying yourself or having things the way you like them.
There are no caveats or addendums to this. No âbut what about x?â Nah. Youâre allowed the things you like. You donât have to justify your taste or apologize for it if itâs not hurting anyone.
And likewise, let other people live their lives. Weâre all dead in the long run, so tend your own garden before you become fertilizer in it.
