Baru nak belajar simpan emas tapi bila nak topup, tetibe fikir “perlu ke ?” “berbaloi ke ?” Rasa macam tak lama dah 😔 Teringat pernah baca/dengar hadith Nabi berkaitan “tanam benih tamar walaupun kiamat sedang belaku” tapi tak pernah belajar penjelasan hadith tu so x sure maksud sebenar. Tapi nasihat umi member ni bagi buka mata sikit.
slow progress is still progress nonetheless. you are still creating change in your life and you are still doing your best. slow and steady wins the race, except this isn’t a race and the other people win too. everyone wins in the end regardless of what point in your journey you are at. you win because you are attempting change, you are making progress no matter how slow. you win because you are getting better.

you can hide it from the world, but God knows whats inside your heart.

4 stages of stress
I’m constantly torn between “if it’s meant to be, it will be” and “if you want it, go and get it.”
when u know u have alot of great potential in you but are still too stubborn and lazy to do anything about it
They ask me, how can I forgive so easily and not hate?
I tell them, hating and being unforgiving takes a lot of effort and confines your mind and heart. Your thoughts are always with those who wronged and hurt you. They haunt you. Forgiveness frees you from hurt. It frees your mind and your heart so you can live. Forgiving takes the power away from those you forgive. It grants you power. It grants you strength. It grants you control. You never lose when you forgive. Never.
How to be your own best friend
1. Treat yourself the way you would treat a person who you loved, highly valued, and cared about.
2. Always love yourself – no matter what!
3. Only say positive, compassionate, understanding and affirming things about, and to, yourself.
4. Hold your own hand in tough and stressful times. Don’t abandon yourself, or let yourself down.
5. Respect yourself, and the efforts that you’re making to be a better person, and to change and to grow.
6. Understand your limitations, be patient with yourself. Accept that it takes time to master anything at all.
7. Be kind to yourself when you feel self-critical, or you want to be judgmental and hard on yourself.
